“I feel like I was ripped off

Pros

I honestly did not like anything about this. As it is definitely not suitable for beginners!

Cons

They never respond to emails and make us wait forever in the chat. Plus they show no respect or care for paying subscribers.

“Disappointing performance

Pros

It was enjoyable at first but it quickly became very time-consuming especially when uploading my own videos. The wait times for uploads were extremely long like for creating a 10 minute video it took about 120 minutes.

Cons

I did not see the value in paying $828 for another annual subscription so I decided not to continue. Then I received an email saying that all my previous videos would be disabled because I did not renew my subscription. Essentially they are pressuring people into subscribing. I work alone and the videos I made were meant to help people with intellectual disabilities understand my work. Now because of Biteable's greed, I can no longer offer this service.

“Wasted 2 hours of my life on it

Pros

The creation process seems pretty simple to me and the music library was really good too.

Cons

Well the platform was completely useless for our needs. It constantly froze, forcing us to exit and reload the page. The videos did not display correctly for advertising and it ended up being a waste of time.

“Making videos has never been easier

Pros

There are plenty of templates available along with a vast library of stock videos, animated graphics and music. Additionally I like the AI tool that automatically generates infographic videos which is excellent.

Cons

The icons, animations and transitions are very limited. Also adding and adjusting text is something I find difficult.

“A great tool to create videos

Pros

The selection of custom made templates and animations is amazing. We can create videos for all kinds of purposes in no time and you don't need any prior video editing experience because the tool already provides everything you need to get things done quickly.

Cons

There are some limitations with the animations. Also users on the PRO plan especially those paying for an annual subscription should have access to more users in their account. I used it when the prices were lower and then they revamped the UI and UX which was great. But when the prices went up I had to look for other alternatives.

Pros

Besides its pretty user-friendly dashboard which lets us access everything we need with just one or two clicks, Biteable stands out from its competitors by offering unbeatable features. There are lots of templates, scenes and backgrounds to suit our interests. Plus Biteable videos really stand out thanks to its anime characters, smooth transitions, vibrant colors and more.

Cons

It is not ideal for free trial users since they only get access to one or two free anime videos. Plus I was not happy with the plans they offer as they are pretty expensive compared to Renderforest which provides certain features for free users.
