It is a great editing app and I've had a positive experience with it overall. However, it keeps lagging on my device and whenever I click on something, it can take up to a minute to open. Hopefully, a lighter version that works better on all devices will be released in the future.

While I really like the app, it can lag on my device at times which makes editing a bit slower than expected.

I absolutely love it because it's one of the best video editing apps I've ever used. I find it easy to use and it offers amazing effects, transitions, filters and music that make my videos look professional. I'm very happy with the editing tools and the quality of the final videos. It helps me create creative and beautiful content quickly and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys making and editing videos.

“got a bit expensive over time”

Pros

When I first started using this tool in 2021 I thought it was an excellent editing app. Almost all of the features were free and the interface was easy to understand. Over time though I noticed the app becoming much more restrictive. It didn't have ads before but now I see one almost every time I click something and most of the useful features require the Pro version. It used to be a fantastic editing app but I feel it has become too focused on paid features.

Cons

Compared to when I first started using it the editor is still capable but the growing number of ads and Pro-only features has made the free version less enjoyable.

“Good app with minor issues”

Pros

I think it's a very well-made app but the free version feels quite limited. I also noticed that when I apply the shake effect, the upper half of the settings gets cut off. I can clearly see the intensity value but the speed setting is only partially visible which slows down my editing. I hope this issue gets fixed because the app is otherwise excellent.

“Great for everyday editing”

Pros

It is one of my favorite video editing apps because I really like its templates and all of the editing tools are easy to use. Most of the features are available for free, with only a small number requiring payment which makes it a great option for everyday editing.

Nothing to mention, everything has been smooth.

As someone who only edits videos occasionally I find it very beginner-friendly and convenient. It's easy to use and includes many useful features even with a free account. I especially like that I can edit videos directly on my phone anytime and anywhere without needing a computer.

Even though it's very convenient to use I notice that performance can slow down slightly when editing larger projects.

Pros

I've been using it for editing videos and my experience so far has been great. I found the app easy to learn as a beginner yet it still offers plenty of advanced features. There are lots of effects, transitions, filters and templates available. Video exporting is also fast and the output quality is excellent. It's definitely one of the best free video editing apps I've used.

Cons

For the most part it's an excellent app though unlocking a few more advanced features for free would make it even better.

“fast and helpful support”

Pros

Honestly I was freaking out after accidentally purchasing a yearly subscription. I contacted the support team expecting a long wait but they responded very quickly, asked for the necessary information and kept me updated throughout the process. My refund was approved and processed much faster than I expected. I really appreciate the support team for taking the time to help me.

Cons

While the customer support is excellent I think the subscription process could be a bit clearer to help avoid accidental purchases.

Traveling often means I like creating videos to preserve my memories and this has become my most reliable editing app. It offers many fun and trendy templates and I use it for all of my video editing. It works very well and my videos always turn out the way I want them to.

Pros

I used to edit my YouTube videos and memes with VN Video Editor until I discovered this app. It has all the audio I need, along with hundreds of effects that work perfectly with its audio library. I also find the auto-caption feature incredibly useful and the templates make editing even more convenient.

Cons

Editing videos with this app is a great experience though a few audio tracks and effects are still limited to paid users.

“high quality editor”

Pros

Absolutely love this app because I think it's one of the few free editors that still offers great features. Although some features require watching ads, I'd much rather do that than pay for a subscription. Since I don't have the budget for paid apps, being able to use such a high-quality editor at no cost is amazing. I also like the idea of unlocking features through ads because it makes advanced tools accessible to more people.

“Needs bug fixes”

Pros

Everything worked perfectly for me when I first started using the app but after returning to it following a recent update I ran into several issues. Whenever I try to type something, the text doesn't appear and pressing the back button causes the same message to keep popping up repeatedly. It has become quite frustrating and some other tools don't seem to work properly either. I really hope the app can return to how it worked before.

The latest update introduced a few bugs that I hope get fixed soon.

“Excellent voice recognition”

Pros

Voice recognition is one of the strongest features I've experienced in this app. I compared it with another application and while the other one failed to recognize large portions of speech, this one captured almost everything accurately. I only needed to make a few small wording adjustments afterward. The AI-powered video enhancement is also impressive. While I understand it isn't a completely free service, I think the quality justifies that.

Overall I think the application is very good which is why I gave it five stars. However, I'm unsure how to contact the support team. I previously purchased a subscription but barely used it before it expired. I was also confused after seeing "1 free per month" for captions, only to find that I couldn't download my video without subscribing. I would appreciate more clarity on how that feature works.

In my experience it's a good app overall but the free usage limits for AI features could be explained more clearly.

When I first downloaded the app, I thought it was amazing because it gave me plenty of editing options and was very easy to use. However, after finishing my video and adding my own music, I found that I couldn't export it. I had already made sure I wasn't using any paid content or subscription-only features so that was disappointing. Even so, I still think it's one of the best video editing apps I've used.

“Excellent for creators”

Pros

As a new YouTuber I would easily rate this app five out of five stars because it helps my videos look almost professional. I can trim clips, remove unwanted sections, add music, effects and text with ease. The Pro version removes virtually all limitations, allowing me to export in 4K, UHD and higher frame rates, while the free version still includes plenty of useful features. Overall, I think it's one of the best video editing apps available.

Cons

As a video editor it performs exceptionally well though a few high-end export options are still reserved for Pro users.
