“Excellent planning tool with great visuals

Pros

I've been working with this platform for over a year and I'm genuinely impressed by how user-friendly it is, plus the graphics and parametric features are solid. The support team has been fantastic too. What really stands out is how smoothly it connects with Google Maps and handles 3D model imports and it's made visualizing construction methods and sequencing so much clearer for everyone involved. I find myself reaching for it daily now and try to work it into every project I tackle. The team went above and beyond to create custom training for our organization which turned it into an incredibly powerful yet accessible tool for our project crews.

Cons

I wish there was a way to bookmark my favorite resources and organize them into groups, though I do appreciate how simple it is to request new features and resources when we need them.

There's honestly very little to dislike about this platform so far! Any minor challenges we've faced have been quickly addressed and the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

“Great Visual Communication Tool

Pros

I really appreciate how well this works for sharing ideas with everyone on the team. The developers are always adding new features and actually listen when you request something specific. Their support team is quick to respond and provides clear answers whenever I need help. The learning curve is pretty easy and I picked it up fast and had fun testing out the different features. What really sets it apart is how it turns regular markups into clear 3D visuals that make everything much easier to understand. There are tons of resources and add-ons available to make your projects more detailed and engaging. The integration with DroneDeploy works smoothly and Revit models display without any issues. When I need to mock something up for workshops, it's perfect for helping people visualize things they might miss with traditional 2D markups. I also use it to create snapshots for site engineers to share with workers, plan delivery routes for drivers and help shareholders understand concepts more easily among many other practical uses.

Cons

Just a heads up, if you have slow internet or an older computer, you might run into some issues since this is web-based and gets more demanding as you add content. Many features I'd really like to see are still in development (like team collaboration, animations and visual updates), so there's definitely a waiting game involved. The subscription tiers can get expensive too especially since some essential features like fast resource requests are locked behind the highest plan which might be tough for smaller budgets to justify.

I love how this tool lets project teams build 3D logistics plans and gain valuable insights during the entire construction process. It serves as an excellent entry point for getting teams up to speed with BIM/VDC workflows on projects. The interface is user friendly and whenever I need help, the customer success team is always there to assist.

Cons

It's not user friendly and once teams get hooked on using it, they become pretty dependent on the system. Some people might find it hard to go back to their old workflows after getting used to all the features.

I can build 4D plans right in the platform without needing deep technical knowledge or BIM modeling expertise.

I've noticed that loading times can be pretty slow especially when my internet connection isn't the best.

I've noticed that sometimes really specific equipment doesn't show up in the system and I have to wait in a queue to get it created. On top of that, there's this strange preference for different licenses that can make things confusing.

Pros

I've been working with this software for about a year now and coming in as someone who'd never used any drawing programs before, the training and support from Javier, Pedro and Cal has been outstanding. They really helped me get everything set up and running smoothly and I've gotten better with each project I've tackled. They're always there when I need suggestions, support or guidance, so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this type of tool.

Cons

It takes time to get comfortable with everything. Some people might catch on faster than others but support is there when you need help getting back on track.

“Good solution with Minor Issues

Pros

The support team here is absolutely fantastic also, I've worked with Cal, Pedro and Javy multiple times and they even visited our New Orleans office in person. What really stands out is how progressive this software is, constantly evolving with improvements that make my job more efficient. The team consistently offers workflow suggestions that help us create better client presentations. Our 4D site logistics work has become invaluable since it gets everyone thinking through every possible project scenario.

Cons

Being reliant on the internet can be a real pain when I need to show clients something and don't have a reliable connection. I've had to get creative with workarounds like making videos beforehand but that's not always ideal. I'd love to see an offline mode or at least some sort of "create similar" feature in the future. That said, these are pretty minor issues and the learning curve is manageable thanks to all the helpful webinars and the responsive support team.

Pros

I picked this up quickly and mastered it in no time. Being completely web-based is a huge plus and the interface responds lightning fast with minimal loading delays. There's no cap on user accounts which is perfect for growing teams. Implementation was surprisingly quick too.

Cons

It can't handle many projects at the same time which gets frustrating when your workload picks up.

“Simple 3D Planning for Everyone

Pros

It really breaks down the barriers for creating 3D/4D logistics plans. Building plans from scratch and sequencing them exactly how I need has become simple. What I appreciate most is how easily I can import drone maps and models to get precise existing conditions as my foundation. The resource library is probably the standout feature and there's an extensive collection of objects, vehicles, equipment and people that I can drop right into my plans. Everything's scaled accurately to real life which really elevates the quality of what I'm producing. Implementation was way smoother compared to other 4D software that basically required a dedicated tech expert to operate. After just one training session, our field superintendents were creating their own plans independently. The support team has been fantastic too. Whenever I run into questions or issues, they respond quickly and jump right in to help solve things.

Cons

Even though this tool is fast and simple, creating a 2D plan in Bluebeam is still technically faster. Some folks will naturally take the easier route and stick with 2D planning. However, the benefits you get from a 3D plan far outweigh the time you'd save with a 2D approach.
