Using this app is pretty simple on both the front and back end. Plus it has some really cool features and I especially appreciate the ability to create multiple tours.

Honestly I am really happy with this and I am not sure what I like the least about it.

It is simple to navigate and if I ever run into any issues, the customer support is quick to respond and really takes the time to assist.

I don't really have any downsides to mention. It works just fine for us.

Pros

This software is pretty helpful for the business needs it was designed for. I recently took over the Cane Biz entries project and now use the software much more often like daily compared to how little I used it in the past few months.

Cons

The software does not seem very visually appealing but it's possible that we are not using all of its features to their full potential.
