“Horrible scam

The software itself is not bad and does nice visual images

Cons

Horrible and outrageous financial scam! The so called subscription is a fraud. You see a price that you agree to and then from the following month you are actually charged 4 times higher!!! And it is not mentioned anywhere and they do not agree to give you your money back!

“Fantastic 3D tool with great usability

Pros

I'm really comfortable working with this platform for 3D modeling and rendering bedroom designs for clients. The speed and control systems are what I'm most fond of and they make the whole process smooth. Customer support was excellent during the initial setup which made getting started much easier.

Cons

I think the rendering speed could use some work, if that gets faster, this would be perfect.

The delivery speed is incredible so we can get a 2 bedroom setup completed in just 3 hours.

“Easy design with great support

Pros

The 3D visualization feature is incredibly user-friendly and helps me create realistic room layouts without any issue. I really appreciate how the drag and drop functionality lets me make quick changes on the fly. The massive furniture and decor library gives me tons of options to work with and I can achieve professional results even without advanced design experience.

Cons

It's frustrating that many important features are locked behind the paid version, making it feel like I'm missing out on essential tools.

“My fav design software

Pros

I really like how easy and simple It makes the process of creating 3D designs. It simplifies everything and makes it feel less complicated which is something I truly appreciate.

Cons

It gets sluggish sometimes when handling more complex designs but thats really my only complaint so far

“Very simple for 3D work

Pros

I'm impressed by the massive selection of materials available and there's pretty much everything you could need. Rendering happens surprisingly fast which saves me tons of time. Setting up lighting is easy and doesn't require much technical know how. Being able to upload my own models is a huge plus for custom projects. The developers are constantly pushing updates that fix bugs and improve functionality. The online tutorials and help videos are really well done and make learning new features much easier.

Cons

The integration with Revit really needs to happen soon. While the modeling capabilities are decent, they're still missing some key features. Being able to create models in Revit and then handle materials, lighting and rendering here would make for an incredible workflow combination.

“Affordable and easy to use

Pros

I've been using various software platforms and this one really stands out. No need for extra plugins which saves time. The automatic lighting feature is a nice touch and having preloaded models ready to go makes things so much smoother. Love the custom texture options and how realistic the exterior views look. The video functionality is really impressive too. Training my team was surprisingly best and they picked it up quickly. It's become part of my daily routine now.

Cons

I struggle when I need to customize something that doesn't already exist in the system and there's no easy way to load custom models.

“Interactive & mostly reliable

Pros

I find it really user friendly and get things done without any confusion. The memory usage stays surprisingly low even when running multiple processes which keeps everything running smoothly. What I appreciate most is how adaptable it is and I can customize it to fit exactly what I need for different situations.

Cons

The free tier no longer includes rendering which is tough for me as a student since I really enjoyed using that feature when it was available. The pricing feels high for my budget and I wish they could bring back some limited rendering options or offer a points system for the free version. Even local processing would be a helpful alternative. The Public Library organization is quite messy, making it harder to find things than it should be. It's not that the content is't there but the naming conventions are inconsistent, so you end up wasting time searching for what you need. The automatic AI design feature has also been disappointing and it fails about 80% of the time in my experience. Even in rooms with plenty of space, it struggles to place elements correctly when there are no space constraints causing the problem.

“Speedy with great detail

Pros

The video templates are absolutely my favorite feature and they've completely transformed how I showcase projects to clients. Being able to present animated walkthroughs that simulate actually moving through the space has been a real game changer during presentations. What really stands out is how fast the rendering happens which means I can make quick adjustments and get them back to clients right away. Compared to other tools I've tried that would eat up tons of time, this has literally saved me about a week per project. Navigation feels flexible too, I jumped right in without needing any tutorials. For the monthly cost, it's definitely worth every penny given how much I rely on it for client work.

Cons

The customer support really disappoints me and whenever I've contacted them, the responses are slow and not particularly helpful. I'm also not impressed with the AI functionality they've built in.

“Impressive 3D Results with Easy Workflow

Pros

I've been working with this platform for around 4 years and really appreciate how smoothly it fits into my design process. What stands out most are the rendering templates that need minimal tweaking. Those pre-built options deliver impressive results with incredibly realistic 3D visuals. The newer video template features and custom modeling capabilities are also fantastic additions.

Cons

The modeling features feel pretty basic compared to what you get with something like SketchUp. Would love to see more advanced editing tools and a better interface for creating custom models.

“Best software ever!

Pros

I've find this to be the most user-friendly interior and exterior design software I've ever worked with and the object library is incredibly current and comprehensive.

Cons

The settings I configure in the room designer don't get saved for future projects which is really frustrating. Since I use this for exterior work, I'd love to see better grass creation tools that can generate realistic fur textures for landscaping. Also the 200MB file upload limit is way too restrictive for my workflow.
