Up to this point I have not come across anything I dislike. It feels simple to use and still offers a lot of options, even in the free version.

Customizing the built-in presentation templates or creating one from scratch is really easy. Also there are plenty of interactive and multimedia features which make presentations feel much more engaging than a standard slideshow. And since it is co-funded by the EU, it also seems more aligned with EU data protection requirements than many other platforms. Even with minimal effort, the end result can look very detailed and polished.

The best part is how much freedom it gives you to add different options and it is way too easy to use. Even someone with no experience can pick it up and use it naturally without much effort. Also it was adopted very quickly across all our departments which shows how accessible it is for different kinds of users.

One issue I'd mention is that when you create content under one account and then share it with other accounts, you're really only sharing access to use it. If the original account deletes that content, everyone else loses it too. That can cause problems at times and it would be much better if content could be copied from one account to another without those limitations.

Genially is an outstanding and comprehensive tool for interactive visual communication. This online platform offers extremely rich content and a very appealing interface, making it possible to create original infographics and presentations, as well as animated interactive images for training sessions and escape games. On top of that it includes hundreds of customizable templates which makes the software not only highly capable but also very beginner friendly by giving users plenty of options. Another strong point is the variety of sharing methods available. Which means creations can be exported as PDF, in HTML or embedded with code. Finally it has built a large user community which is a valuable source of support when creating your own content.

Aside from a few very occasional network interruptions, I really have nothing negative to say about this software.

It's really strong when it comes to customization, building presentations and storing content and images. Also there are plenty of elements available to personalize projects and animate data and being able to collaborate online with other people is a very useful feature.

Well it is not very user friendly so making presentations is not easy for a beginner. Also it does not work with Excel which most companies use regularly. On top of that it is expensive.

You can also export a project as PDF or HTML for offline use or embed it on a website using embed code, social media and more. Honestly it is excellent.

Across our organization Genially has been useful in a lot of different ways. It lets us add interactive elements and content layers that help hold people's attention through a more story-driven style, all without needing any programming skills. We can also include audio and video without any trouble which gives our presentations more reach and impact. Plus it's helpful that we can add buttons for the main social networks or simply share the link by email, so everything stays accessible from one place.

It would be really nice if the free version included more templates that could be downloaded and used. It also depends heavily on having an internet connection and access to templates is tied to the plan you pay for. Though the animation area is genuinely very good but other tools like Powtoon seem to have gone a bit further when it comes to interactive video-style presentation handling.

After using this software for a long time, I have watched it add more sections and features over time which is why it has become my favorite. The way it can be embedded into an educational platform is also incredible and really adds a lot of value.
