KWIKmotion's support team is highly responsive and helpful. Whenever I have had a question or issue they have been quick to assist and offer useful resources.
Cons
A few of the features are not very simple to use as we expected it to be and might need some extra training to use properly.

Their customer support is always on point. Anytime I ran into a technical issue or needed help they were quick to respond and guide me through it.
Cons
If you are new to KWIKmotion the interface and tools can take a little getting used to. So keep in mind that it might take some time and effort before you feel totally comfortable using everything.

KWIKmotion packs in a bunch of features such as editing videos, sharing them and even checking out analytics which has proven quite helpful for me.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that certain tools do need a bit more know how and training to really get the hang of them.

Pros
The video quality is excellent and it plays smoothly across all kinds of devices and platforms we want which makes for a really smooth viewing experience.
Cons
There are some parts of it that are not highly user friendly and could use a bit of time and training of ours to fully understand.

Pros
KwikMotion really stands out as a company. Their services are fast and efficient definitely lived up to the name. I was pretty impressed with how everything turned out. They kept the process smooth from start to finish, were always around to answer my questions and kept me in the loop the whole time. Honestly they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything.
Cons
So far we have not run into any problems with the service as it's been smooth sailing.
