LightningCad is a really powerful software that covers everything from conception and modeling to follow-up. We have been using it for our designs.

Cons

I have not been using it for long but I do think it is a little pricey.

Pros

Implementing LightningCAD into our civil planning department was a quick and simple process. Their team made the integration smooth helping us incorporate it into our existing CAD and GIS workflows and it has boosted our productivity with its easy to use interface and experience.

Cons

The price turned out to be higher than we expected especially for our team. However the return on investment is most noticeable when used by large publicly funded organizations like ours. But for smaller private companies may want to consider more budget-friendly CAD software.
