Mindstamp is really simple to use and has all the features I need at a great price. You can add hotspots, buttons or timestamps to videos that let viewers click through to other materials. I really like this because it makes me feel like I have some control over the solution.

Cons

There were a few minor technical issues when setting up Mindstamp for our specific needs but the support team handled them quickly and expertly. I'd suggest improving the ability to edit the searchable transcripts and adding more flexibility to the series page.

What I like most about this tool is how easy it is to use and that it integrates with the most popular video hosting services. It lets me quickly enhance my videos with interactive features like polls, calls to action and customizable overlays. It really helps viewers take action and convert easily.

We haven't found much to dislike about this software. It's easy to use and really helps create interactive videos that engage viewers. The only downside we've run into is that it doesn't work with all video hosting services which might be an issue for some users. Other than that, no complaints.

I LOVE all the customizable options for interactions, adding content and functions. Everything is really fool-proof! Especially the conditional logic that lets me customize who sees what based on their choices. It's perfect for creating a digital interactive theater experience and I think the arts and theater world should definitely look into it.

Cons

It's much perfect for me but maybe it would be fun if users could see each other's comments during the experience with the option to toggle them on and off. It's more of a preference for the Asian market but it could make things feel more like a community experience. Imagine watching a show with other people, seeing their reactions and sharing emotions in real-time. It could really enhance the sense of presence especially for performing arts or theater audiences.

I appreciate the idea of video interaction software and think it could really help the deaf and hard of hearing communities. Adding captions, transcripts and other features really makes it feel ahead of its time.

Cons

I don't think the platform is 100% simple, it takes training to get the hang of. But once you've got it down, it's pretty easy and even fun. I'm excited for the new features and UX updates coming to the platform.

“Absolutely love Mindstamp!

Pros

Where do I even start? I love the simple editor, way more user-friendly than any of the competition. The functionalities are spot on and do exactly what I imagined for my interactive video. Customer service is amazing, I always get a real person right away and they even reached out to me first! They always reply the same day and I've seen my suggestions get implemented in just a couple of days. That kind of service is unheard of! Plus, it's so easy and flexible to embed and share the videos anywhere.

Cons

Hmm, this is tough, any issues I had have already been addressed by the programmers. I just wish I had discovered the solution sooner!
