“Misleading marketing

Pros

I bought an upgrade to PRO but it doesn't work at all. I spent 20 euros even though the original price was 11.90 on promotion. Honestly I feel scammed. I want a refund but no one is getting back to me.

Cons

I don't have access to any of the features and nothing new has been added. It feels like a waste of money.

“Works great for me

Pros

I really like the enhancement features and the background options. They make a huge difference when editing photos and the variety of tools allows for a lot of creative freedom.

Cons

Removing objects could definitely be easier. I'd also love to see more features added for the price I paid.

“Amazing program

Pros

It has all the photo editing features I need both for beginners and advanced amateurs. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I've edited most of my photos in Photo Works and I haven't needed any other programs. Plus, their technical support is fantastic and very fast and efficient.

Cons

My suggestion would be to improve the denoise function and the tool for removing unwanted objects from photos. The Healing Brush works for small blemishes but it takes too long and often doesn't give great results. It could really use some improvement.

“Editing multiple photos at once

Pros

There's a great variety of features and what I really love is how innovative they are. It's not just about having a lot of tools, each one brings something new to the table.

Cons

It doesn't use the GPU which means it needs a lot of hardware to run smoothly.

“Easy app for simple tasks

Pros

I don't need a complicated program and PhotoWorks is really simple to use.

Cons

It's laggy when I'm processing large images. I noticed some delays especially with high-resolution files.

“Fantastic photo editing tool

Pros

I foind the sliders really easy to use. The color-to-black-and-white transition is smooth and cropping is also really easy.

Cons

The updates between versions aren't free which is a downside. There's an additional cost to get the new features.

“Doesn't deliver on its promises

Nothing to mention because the software didn't work for me.

Cons

The Spot Healing Brush was only available in the paid version which was exactly what I needed during the trial phase. I bought the software for that feature but it ended up being a big disappointment and it didn't work properly at all.

“User friendly software!

Pros

It's super easy to use. It has almost all the same features as Photoshop but is way simpler.

Cons

After the last update, the "Change the Sky" feature stopped working and caused the software to crash every time I tried to use it. It's frustrating.

“Best customer support

Pros

It's really easy to use and user-friendly. The tutorials are clear and easy to follow. It has so many great features and I especially love the photo effects. Customer support is also really good.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have any cons. I haven't run into any problems and I really like the software so far. It's been working great for me.
