Pros
They really work with you to understand your project's needs. They have a great platform but they don't just leave you to figure things out on your own. They're there with you every step of the way, making sure you get the most out of it.
Cons
There's really nothing I didn't like about them. The only thing I had to explain a few times was our client's goals being a bit different from the usual. It wasn't a big issue, just took a little time for them to fully get it.

Pros
I really love their customer support! Our work ended up being the best it could be because of it. The support was incredible and it was amazing to create unique videos for each of our audience. It really helped strengthen our projects and took them to the next level.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything bad about it and it's a really simpleproduct. Whenever we had any concerns, Pirsonal's team was quick to respond. They have live chat support and we got replies to our emails within 12 hours. It was reassuring to know they were there to help us with our projects.

Pros
Creating personalized videos is very easy with this software! The API integration is quick and smooth and if you run into any technical issues, the customer support team is always fast in responding.
Cons
There's nothing too special about it but it's definitely a great value for the price especially when compared to other providers we looked at.

Cons
One thing I think could be improved is creating one-time templates using the editor. It could be more smoother.

What I love most about this software and why I'm giving it a 10/10, is the support Josias and the team offer. They're always there when you need them. I'd recommend this software to anyone who needs to create personalized videos.
Cons
The Pirsonal editor could use a bit more work but honestly with their amazing support, you can do just about anything.

It does exactly what it says it will do! It's really easy to use and the support team is always quick to answer any questions I have.
Cons
