Pros
Roomle's 3D configurator is pretty user friendly and makes customizing products a simple task. Plus we can instantly see how our changes impact the product and the realistic visuals really help in making the best choice.
Cons
One small downside I noticed is that the configurator does not run as smoothly on Windows as it does on Macs. Everything feels faster and more seamless on Macs. That said the Roomle team is already working on a fix to address this.

“Impressed with it”
Pros
The efficiency of the Roomle team we collaborated with was very impressive. Despite the complexity of our product they completed the building phase quickly. Also they paid close attention to our feedback in the final stages which was pretty important in creating an excellent configurator.
Cons
While not a major issue we did face some limitations with customizations. That said the team was always receptive to our suggestions and willing to find solutions which we really appreciated.

The integration with existing systems is seamles. Also it is really easy for users to operate and the customer service is top notch as they always assist us when in need.

Roomle lets us create highly detailed products with multiple options and dependencies, all powered by custom logic. Plus the level of flexibility it offers is truly impressive.
Cons
Well keep in mind that it may take some time to fully learn and implement the more advanced features for complex product logic.

Pros
The quality of the product, the support and the pace of development are all very impressive. In short everything about this product is good. I highly recommend it.
Cons
If there is one thing to note, it is that a project still needs a lot of collaboration and self-management from the customer. With Roomle as the software foundation, a 3D studio for visualization, an integration partner and other elements involved, it can be tough to complete a project efficiently. However the projects we have worked on have gone smoothly overall. That said the barrier for the customer is still pretty high.
