Everything just runs smoothly like exactly how we'd expect. And over the past several months the platform has become way more reliable. Support is helpful too though you will need to wait for a reply during their normal working hours.
Cons
I have been using this tool for over a year now and honestly I do not have any complaints as everything has been working really well.

What makes this tool so enjoyable is how simple it is to both record and edit. As it just feels easy to me to get things done.
Cons
Once I download my videos from the platform to my local device the quality seems to take a noticeable hit which is a bit disappointing.

“A solid replacement for Loom”
Pros
As someone who sends a lot of outreach messages StoryXpress helps me make that first contact feel more personal. I usually film myself with the client's site in the background and follow a basic pattern like compliment their website, mention what I can help with then wrap up with something else positive. What really makes this tool stand out is how I can send a direct video link and the landing page looks branded to me which is a huge plus. Overall I have had great feedback from people who appreciate how polished it looks. And the fact that you can use it in so many creative ways is what I enjoy the most as it is a super flexible tool.
Cons
On a few occasions especially with longer recordings I noticed that when I had finished making a video, it had disappeared completely. As it did not show up in my video list and I had to redo the whole thing. That's been the only major issue I have run into so far.

“Essential for remote teams”
Pros
The recorder is pretty user friendly and the built in highlighter tools are awesome. As our new team members picked it up in under a minute. Plus the download speed is insanely fast. Also I like the editing features as being able to crop, blur and trim helps protect any private details that might accidentally show up on screen or webcam.
Cons
There is nothing major to dislike especially considering all the features you get at a much lower price compared to tools like Loom or Vidyard. I was a fan of the folder feature they had and even though it was removed for a while, it looks like it's on its way back which is great.
