The conversion options are incredibly comprehensive and you can work with tons of different file formats. The interface is user friendly and the free tier works perfectly if your daily conversion needs aren't too heavy.

Cons

The daily conversion limit is very frustrating and I would love to see unlimited usage instead of being capped each day.
