“Responded with effective solutions
Pros
Our partnership with 1440 started around three or four years ago. We were initially interested in their Translation Studio product but after reviewing it, we noticed that some essential features for our needs were missing. They listened to our feedback and over several months, they worked alongside us to enhance the tool. Once they helped with the implementation, we faced some issues but they were quick to resolve them and collaborate with us to find solutions. Everything is running smoothly now and we are in the process of onboarding more user groups to use Translation Studio for their customer interactions. We couldnt ask for better partners than 1440.
Cons
Initially the platform lacked some important features, and customization for specific requirements was somewhat limited. But with time they made improvements. So I have nothing major to share.

1440 was able to meet a complex set of requirements within tight timelines which made the transition to service replies very smooth. We are continuing to work with them to expand our capabilities further. The product is fantastic and the team is amazing. Jon and his team have kept up excellent communication and have been incredibly helpful at every step of the process.
Cons
I feel that the setup process can be a bit challenging for some, and reporting customization has some room for improvement. Ive also experienced minor performance slowdowns during heavy usage, but the team continues to make improvements, ensuring a seamless experience.

We implemented Translation Studio for Knowledge Base, Cases and custom Case Comments across two regions and five languages within both internal and Partner Portals. As others have mentioned the tool reduces translation costs and benefits our partners. We truly admire the real time support they offer during development and continue to rely on them even after the rollout. Overall, the quality of their support stands out to us when compared to other apps we have used.
Cons
There are limitations in real time translations, with occasional errors and a slower onboarding process. But considering the pros, they are negligible.

“Quite an advanced app
Pros
As someone who worked extensively on translating metadata I know the challenges involved especially when working with human translators which can get costly. This app eliminates that burden, translating not only metadata but also data and chat conversations which is the biggest advantage. Plus the app considers conversational context, not just word for word translations using generative AI. Not to mention, Jon and his team offer exceptional support which really sets this app apart.
Cons
While the AI translations are generally great, there are moments when it misses some human-like nuances and struggle with idiomatic phrases

We are very satisfied with our partnership. Their support has been amazing throughout and they were incredibly quick to respond when we integrated them into our Customer Experience platform.
Cons

The software is easy to use and highly customizable. We have received great feedback from our users and teams. It is user friendly and because the Review object layouts and fields are customizable, it has streamlined the process for our teams making it quicker and more efficient to respond to reviews and reducing average handling times. We use it within Salesforce Service Cloud and the layout of it is much more user friendly than the default Salesforce case layouts.
Cons
I feel like it would be great to see a history of updated Google Play reviews although this may already be in development. That said it has provided effective workarounds for Google Play reviews.

It was great working with Matt and Erin during our Reputation Studio setup. They were always responsive to any issues during setup, testing and beyond and our team felt fully supported throughout the process. A few months post launch, the feedback from our CX team has been overwhelmingly positive. Now we can manage all reviews in one place which has been a massive time saver. Plus we have a complete view of our company's reviews. I highly recommend this company and their product.
Cons
Certain integrations require development effort and I noticed that the more advanced plans can get a bit expensive.

“Strong and Adaptable tool for Managing Product reviews
Pros
We chose Reputation Studio to streamline the process of handling customer reviews for our agents for three main reasons. Firstly it met our requirements including handling reviews and questions from multiple platforms (Apple/Android app reviews across regions). Plus it integrates smoothly with Zendesk, where agents answer reviews; and the team demonstrated the products ability to scale quickly. During the Beta phase of the Zendesk integration, Jon and his team took it live, adjusting its design as we moved forward. Later we needed to respond to Reddit posts and once again, the team delivered by creating a flexible solution for agents. Also it is easy to add subreddits and we even get sentiment analysis on Reddit posts! The Reputation Insights feature is great for evaluating customer sentiment and it provides useful, flexible reporting. Working with them has been a fantastic experience and we are excited to implement more channels and features from their roadmap.

1440 software integration with our SFDC tool allows our agents to smoothly navigate consumer contacts without losing track of following the necessary compliance guidelines. Overall it has been very adaptable to meet our needs and their support team has been pretty attentive.
Cons
No complaints. Though sometimes Salesforce can be a bit slow to load which is where it comes into play.

Reputation Studio has helped us manage our reviews more efficiently with impressive reporting. Our implementation was more challenging due to our dual branding but they pulled it off in no time. Whenever we reach out with questions or when a new feature is added, the entire team response quickly. Also automating processes has been a game changer for us especially given the volume of reviews we get. Overall it's been a great experience and the tool has been invaluable.
Cons
When handling high volume translations, performance can degrade and I did not like the fact that the cost of advanced features is quite high.

Converting file formats is very fast and never corrupts anything. The webpage has a clean, simple design that's really easy to use. I've never encountered any artifacts in my converted files and the range of capabilities is impressive. What I really appreciate is the complete absence of popups and ads and you don't have to worry about site safety or file security.
Cons
I really wish there was a desktop or mobile app that could work without internet. I get that it's cloud based but constantly needing a connection really limits when and where I can use it effectively.

Unlike other app vendors who just sell you a license and walk away, theyre truly invested in ensuring customers see the benefits they were promised. Im also a big fan of the Service Cloud integration. It lets us seamlessly incorporate the software into existing Service Cloud setups and leverage Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Milestones without needing separate functions or custom objects.
