Pros
There are some great options for handling B2B account sales and orders and setting everything up and managing was pretty simple as I was able to do it without putting much effort.
Cons
The software could use more features but I know the creators are actively working on improvements so I am expecting new features soon.

“Very user-friendly
Pros
The user friendliness is a huge advantage for us as wholesalers and for our customers too. We have not received a single complaint about how easy it is to place orders. Plus some customers who have used other wholesale portals have told us they prefer this one.
Cons
It is hard to find real flaws. One thing I wish for is an easier way to add new products and images quickly without having to deal with the slow import/export process using CSV files.

b2b.store platform gives us great visibility into our distribution centers so our sales team does not have to push all the thousands of products manually. Also it supports 24/7 ordering across the UK and EU, with multiple languages, currencies and pricing options. Navigating and managing the platform is simple and easy too. Plus we have the freedom to try new features to make it fit our business better. The B2B store team has been excellent at adapting things to meet our very specific needs. Their dedication to customizing the platform for us means our customers use it regularly. They also update us monthly on upcoming features so we can plan ahead.
Cons
The customer login area feels quite basic to me right now and the tools for managing accounts are still being developed.

The simplicity is what we love. It is easy to use and does exactly what it promises.
Cons
I do not really have any complaints but if I had to pick something, it would be nice to have a bit more flexibility in how the login page looks for B2B clients. Still that was not the main reason we chose this software so it is not a big deal.

Pros
Setup was smooth and we hardly felt any need for virtual assistance because the platform is so user-friendly. Since launching it has been great to see both existing and new customers registering for their unique passwords to place orders.
Cons
I am happy with everything so far and the only thing on our to do list is already being worked on which is the feature allowing customers to easily reset and change their passwords without our help.

Pros
The software is easy to use and has gained popularity among our customers. Plus the storefront looks great and the team gave us lots of support during setup. Even pricing is excellent and helps us grow our business.

Pros
The store's layout and how simple the app is to use are very important for us. Since we serve thousands of customers from diverse backgrounds, language barriers and other challenges sometimes slow down our telesales team. But this app removes those obstacles by giving customers a simple and effective way to place orders anytime.
Cons
Using the barcode scanner is not as smooth as some competitors apps. For example Bestways and Parfetts use a fast server app that lets you hover your camera over the barcode without taking a photo which works better. Also searching by description is something I find tricky since sometimes searching for one item returns completely different results.

“Pretty good but missing some features
Pros
It is pretty easy to implement and simple for both our customers and reps to learn and use. Plus the flexible search function and integration with Erudus are great too.
Cons
There are still missing features and the timeline for updates seems a bit long. However it definitely feels to me like a work in progress.

“Top choice for enterprise use
Pros
What made the biggest impact for our team was how fast sales kicked off. The entire launch process including preparation, implementation, configuration and customization only took a few days. Plus the best thing is that the basic version is free with optional paid modules available if needed.
Cons
No complaints here and I would definitely recommend it to others.
