“Support is quite quick

Pros

The support they offer was quick and simple. As my site was live within a few days and everything has been running smoothly since. Plus the QuickBooks integration was a simple process and the layout is clean and well organized too.

Cons

So far everythings been working really well. As I continue exploring the platform I do feel like there is room for more features to be added down the line.

Pros

One of my favorite features is that agents can log in on behalf of customers and place orders for them. They can also easily generate their own reports whenever needed.

Cons

The interface is pretty basic though it works fine for internal use by agents but it is not the most polished experience for customers.

Pros

We have been using B2Bwave for a couple of years now and honestly I wish we had found it sooner. Plus it has drastically reduced the time we used to spend on manually creating orders and invoices. Since our business is very custom in how we handle customer orders finding a platform that could adapt was tough but B2Bwave handled everything with ease unlike the others we tried. The Xero integration is also a big plus. As just one click and all the info transfers over and payments get matched up fast. Our retailers can even see everything clearly from their end so we get fewer questions and that's saved us a lot of time. Overall it is simple to use and our retailers actually say it is one of the best portals they have used. It is user-friendly, looks great and makes everything easy to find. So I would recommend it to anyone who needs an efficient system that also looks polished on the front end which was a big requirement for us.

Cons

I would not say there are any real negatives. When we bring up suggestions or request features that would improve our workflow, the team is always open to hearing us out and exploring solutions. The one thing we are still hoping to see soon is the ability to generate delivery notes. And we have mentioned it a few times and while they have shown interest in adding it, we are eager for it to be rolled out sooner.

Pros

I am a big fan of how easy the platform is to navigate. The site looks pretty awesome and I really like that we can set individual pricing for customers, upload data sheets and add plenty of product images without hassle.

Cons

Unfortunately it does not integrate with MYOB. I get that this might be outside of B2Bwave's control but having that option would really complete the setup for us.
