Support is quite quick

Pros

The support they offer was quick and simple. As my site was live within a few days and everything has been running smoothly since. Plus the QuickBooks integration was a simple process and the layout is clean and well organized too.

Cons

So far everythings been working really well. As I continue exploring the platform I do feel like there is room for more features to be added down the line.

Good choice for digitalizing B2B sales

Pros

One of my favorite features is that agents can log in on behalf of customers and place orders for them. They can also easily generate their own reports whenever needed.

Cons

The interface is pretty basic though it works fine for internal use by agents but it is not the most polished experience for customers.

Was the right choice for our website

Pros

I am a big fan of how easy the platform is to navigate. The site looks pretty awesome and I really like that we can set individual pricing for customers, upload data sheets and add plenty of product images without hassle.

Cons

Unfortunately it does not integrate with MYOB. I get that this might be outside of B2Bwave's control but having that option would really complete the setup for us.
