“Fast brand positioning for e-commerce”
Pros
Building e-commerce software for businesses becomes much simpler here and it works really fast while doing a great job helping position our brand in the market.
Cons
The site has too many people using it and there are other alternative platforms on the market that offer better response times and are more popular with users.

“Reasonably priced”
Pros
As someone just starting out, this software feels very approachable and reasonably priced. For the most part, listing items does not require me to put any extra efforts and goes very well.
Cons
Setting up product variations is a bit more complexed than other areas. It takes a few more steps than it probably should.

“user-friendly website builder”

Putting together a professional website with this software is very easy and anyone with basic computer skills can use it without much trouble.

High price of some apps adds considerable overhead which is a major drawback and adds a lot of overhead.

“love the variety of templates”
Pros
There are plenty of template options available and it's simple to customize them to fit what you need.
Cons
Support was pretty disappointing when we reached out for help. On top of that, most of the templates felt overly elaborate when we were actually looking for something much more basic. After already paying for the membership, we still had to use a third party and spend extra money just to get the template we needed.

“helpful business insights”
Pros
The content has been really useful and gives me valuable knowledge especially on the business side of what I do. It has helped me a lot.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues yet. Still, it could be even more beneficial if some parts were simpler to understand since a few sections can be hard to follow at times.

“glitchy inventory tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on inventory works well with this software and one thing I appreciate is how adaptable it is. It can be adjusted so different users or teams can work with it in the way that fits them best.
Cons
Using it is not especially simple and we have had a few problems when it connects with other software. There have also been times when certain items were removed twice which has caused issues.

“support is good”
Pros
At first glance it can seem a bit expensive but it really delivers with everything the platform includes. The web integrations are among the best I've come across and it makes building a website while handling orders, shipping, customer profiles and communication feel very smooth. It absolutely justifies the price tag. On top of that, the customer support team is excellent and responds quickly whenever questions or issues come up.
Cons
It does cost more than many similar software options which can be a downside but the value it provides makes it worth factoring into the budget.

“Limited integration”
Pros
Great value for the price and getting started doesn't take us much effort. The customer support has been very helpful and integrating it and updating information is pretty quick.
Cons
It doesn't support as many app or software integrations as Shopify does. There are also some limits when it comes to customizing the checkout and similar features.

“quick setup”
Pros
Launching an online store with this is really easy. Setting everything up, choosing and applying a theme and adding products all feels simple so you can get your shop live and start selling without much hassle. The interface is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
It seems geared more toward US customers since some features still don't fully support the UK pound. It would also be better if there were a wider selection of themes especially compared with some other platforms.

“user-friendly website builder”
Pros
Using this software is fairly simple and most of the features are easy to work with for me. It works really well for building websites and handling both product pages and regular content pages.
Cons
Bulk updating product pages and inventory through a CSV file can be frustrating especially since certain tasks, like removing rules from products, don't seem to have a clear or direct option.

“A lot of problems...”
Pros
A nice benefit is the three free months in the PayPal Partners directory which comes with any plan except the enterprise tier. That's a pretty decent bonus.
Cons
The downside is that custom SSL is quite expensive and it isn't available as a one-time add-on either. I've also run into connection problems with the shopping channel when linking to Facebook. Pinterest is finally working now but it took months for them to sort it out which was especially frustrating since Pinterest support was one of the main reasons I chose it in the first place.

“professional store-front”
Pros
Overall setup was smooth. The online store we built looks polished and attractive and it works reliably most of the time. It gives the business a professional appearance and the PayPal integration connects nicely for handling payments.
Cons
There have been a handful of occasions when our site went offline without any clear explanation. Thankfully, customers alerted us and once we contacted them, the issue was fixed fairly quickly but it is still unsettling that it happened at all. On one occasion, all of our products suddenly vanished. Support was able to locate everything and restore it but we still never got a clear reason why it happened. For a small business with a limited budget, the software feels pricey especially when problems like this come up. We also were not offered any refund or compensation and we have no way of knowing how long the site may have been down.

“easy to set-up”
Pros
It is an outstanding platform for hosted websites. Getting everything set up was quick and efficient which let us spend our time on other important parts of the business.
Cons
My experience with it's billing side wasn't really positive. After asking multiple times to cancel, the representative still wouldn't issue a refund. In the end, I had to file a chargeback through my credit card company.

“all-in-one store builder”
Pros
Having everything in one platform is a huge plus. It lets you put together a website with a shopping cart in just a few simple steps which saves a lot of time. Support has also been really helpful whenever any issues come up. There are plenty of shipping choices and payment options like credit cards and PayPal and the user community is large enough to help when you want to add something beyond the built-in features.
Cons
Making changes to things that it does not actually support can be a bit tricky when working with the template but the community is very helpful in filling that gap.

“Strong e-commerce platform”
Pros
Setting up an online store running with it doesn't take much time and the platform is pretty adaptive. It comes with plenty of templates to start from, plus there's room to customize the site to fit your brand. The newer Stencil theme performs better than the older templates although it does take more technical skill to build and manage. Order management and processing are simple as well. Overall it's a really strong eCommerce platform for online businesses and they keep adding new features regularly. Support has been reliable too.
Cons
A few features are still missing or seem to be in development. Coupon setting customization is quite limited, along with a handful of other customization options though they've mentioned those areas are being improved.

“love it's inventory sync”
Pros
From day one, this shopping cart has simply done its job. The built-in inventory management is fairly basic but once we connected it to Fishbowl Inventory, the API integration proved to be extremely reliable. It consistently tracks inventory updates, records sales accurately and sends the financial inventory data into QuickBooks without issues. The optional product and kit product features are also very useful.
Cons
The cost sits a bit higher than some other options on the market but when a system works this reliably, it ends up saving us money by cutting out the time and effort we'd otherwise spend troubleshooting problems.

“good experience!”
Pros
Being able to customize the layouts is a big plus especially coming from a developer perspective. Having access to the code and the freedom to make adjustments matters a lot and this software gives me that flexibility.
Cons
I really do not have any major complaints. If anything, I would just like to see the user interface improved a bit so it feels more user-friendly.

“Live chat support available”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this tool is the customer support. Live chat is available most of the time and the team can handle quite a few issues remotely which has been really helpful. For basic e-commerce needs, the platform is also very easy to use.
Cons
We've run into a few strange glitches in our store where products suddenly disappeared although they were always recovered in the end. It also feels a little overpriced for a basic-level plan. I'd also love to see a more layered options system, like being able to click on envelopes and have additional dropdown choices appear. We even brought in an engineer for help and there were still some limitations in the platform that we just couldn't work around.

“trustworthy platform”
Pros
Biggest plus has been how reliable and easy it is to work with. I haven't run into any problems using it. There are also plenty of website design options available so it's nice to have different looks and layouts to choose from.
Cons
Support is decent for basic questions but it falls short when anything more technical comes up. If you need development-related help, they're not very strong in that area since the support team doesn't really seem to include technical specialists even on a paid plan.

“it's not heavy on the pocket”
Pros
One thing that worked really well was the integrations especially the same-day express postage through Zoom2U. The pricing was also better than a lot of other platforms and the online portal was efficient overall.
Cons
The themes just didn't measure up to what competitors were offering. It felt like modern website design wasn't really a priority for them. It also didn't support Apple Pay on the web which was something customers were asking for so I ended up moving to Shopify.
