Perfect all rounder software!

Pros

Billbee lets you automate a lot, gives you a solid overview and has plenty of integration options. Plus if you want to get custom, they've got an API to make it happen.

Cons

There are still a few connections missing here and there and sometimes the rules are a bit hard to figure out. It can take some time to really get the hang of it, but once you do, it's not too bad.

Great software for small businesses

Pros

Tbh we were misled. It took us two months to set up our shop with 150,000 products. They told us there was no product limit, but after just 5,000 items, things started falling apart and crashes, no way to sort or edit products properly. It was a disaster.

Cons

To be honest everything !!. The category tree is a mess with no clear structure, and it feels like things are just cobbled together. It's frustrating, to say the least.

This is what I was looking for

Pros

Setting it up was super quick and easy. It saved me tons of time every day. The support is fast and helpful, and it's packed with integrations. Definitely worth the money.

Cons

It doesn't have as many features as some of the bigger ERP systems like a listing feature. But considering the price, it's still a pretty solid option. You get what you pay for and honestly, it's not bad for the cost.

Easy and reliable

Pros

We've been using Billbee for years now. For managing sales across multiple channels, it's hard to beat. It's easy to set up, works reliably, and handles automation like a pro.

Cons

The one thing I really wish it had is the ability to set up automatic timed imports from an FTP server. That's the missing piece for me. Without it I feel like Im wasting a lot of time on manual imports.

No phone support and slow email responses

Pros

Some of its features are great, but they don't always work like you'd expect.

Cons

After almost four months, we're still dealing with issues that are not fixed. The support team is really slow to respond, and it feels like nothing ever gets resolved quickly. It's beyond frustrating.

Pros

It is perfect for small businesses. Setting up integrations with online stores is super easy, and invoicing is done in no time even if you don't have a shop. The analysis tools are simple, and the value is top-notch.

Cons

For a while the program was freezing up on me and it took way too long to get any help. You just kind of sit there waiting for things to get fixed, which isn't ideal.

Pros

The automatic syncing of orders from different shops makes managing invoicing and shipping such a breeze.

Cons

The rule creation part is a bit of a mystery to me sometimes. Its not super easy but I guess that's what the support team is for. They are usually helpful when I reach out.

Pros

I love how it automatically generates invoices, no matter where the order's from.

Cons

The worst part is that I'm paying for all these features I don't use especially since all I need is the invoicing function. It feels a little like I'm wasting money on things I'll never touch.

Great performance with many features

Pros

Really creating shipping labels and invoices is a piece of cake and they're instantly sent to the accounting team. Super efficient.

Cons

It would be a huge improvement if the inventory could sync seamlessly across all platforms. Right now it's just not that simple and it's annoying.

Pros

It works smoothly for the most part, but it feels like they're not adding many new features these days.

Cons

The batch processing is honestly a headache. There are like three different sales figures floating around, all based on different data and none of them match up. Trying to figure out which one is accurate is just a timewaster.

Since the beginning of Billbee, invoice printing has been fast

Pros

Multichannel management is really where Billbee shines. Without it I wouldn't be able to juggle all my sales channels.

Cons

It's really disappointing that they gave up on the �listing� feature. That was super useful for me, and I thought it had a lot of potential. But now it's been dropped and I'm left without a good alternative.
