Their team is always responsive and willing to help with anything we bring to them.

Cons

There are some limitations on the apps we can use within Shopify.

Pros

It has reduced my chargebacks from nearly 20 a week to zero. I have gone weeks without any chargebacks in a field where fraud is typically high. Also they are communicative and easy to use. I am now planning to implement it on another site because it is THAT good.

Cons

Well there is really nothing to complain about. There were a few small fixes when we first implemented it but they were addressed right away.

“Incredibly effective at preventing fraud

Pros

Bolt makes it clear from the start that they prevent fraud, increase revenue and offer a better checkout experience than Amazon. These bold claims sound too good to be true for a relatively small software company but it is 100% legit and lives up to their promises. From the moment we visit their website, we are greeted with an excellently designed page that guides beginners through the setup which made it easy for us to get started. Not to mention the insights provided are both readable and helpful too.

Cons

I have not found any problems.
