“Excellent choice with amazing support”
Pros
I first used this at my previous job where I managed multiple ecommerce brands as the internal finance lead and now I use it for my clients as an outsourced bookkeeper. Both times I found it very user-friendly and always improving with new features. What really stands out is how knowledgeable and responsive the support team is as they are genuinely a pleasure to work with. Setting up a new client took about the same amount of time as just one day of manual QuickBooks entry. The implementation was quick and simple. Plus I get helpful tips to keep my books accurate. The daily summary emails are awesome. I check them every morning to keep track of link status and make adjustments when needed. Honestly I wish every SaaS app was built, designed and supported as well as this one.
Cons
The PayPal integrations I feel like could definitely use some work. PayPal becomes a real headache when you are using it for more than basic ecommerce like if you accept payments through it but also pay subscriptions from the same account. Though to be fair thats more of a PayPal issue since they are this weird hybrid of bank and payment processor.

“Amazing integration capabilities”
Pros
The support chat team really comes through when I am dealing with integration problems. There is a lot of free training materials and help articles available too. Everything feels simple and user-friendly.
Cons
Well the way clearing accounts sync data can get pretty messy when I am trying to reconcile everything which is a bit of a hassle.

Pros
I have found this extremely simple to work with over the past few years. When we have hit obstacles they have always been prevented us from making mistakes. The chat support team is great too as they are quick to respond, solve whatever is wrong and then walk you through the next steps to get everything running smoothly again. Overall I really appreciate the level of service.
Cons
The main downside is it does not work with some apps our clients rely on though the compatibility list keeps expanding so this becomes less of an issue over time.

“Perfect for online business”
Pros
Customer support here is absolutely the best as everyone I have talked to really goes the extra mile to ensure I understand both implementation and day to day processes. They offer personalized integration support which helps avoid any bumps along the way and it connects with numerous sales channels that are typically difficult to pull data from. Those daily journal entries flowing into QuickBooks basically handle everything for me which makes this truly the simplest solution available. I was even able to bring in historical data going back more than a year.
Cons
Setup process took longer than I expected and my free trial ended before everything was fully configured. Though I understand they have standard procedures to ensure users get optimal results, it would have been nice to have more time to get familiar with the system before committing.

“Turns the impossible into reality”
Pros
The communication with Bookkeep's team was always professional and quick which helped us create a completely new process for our clients. We honestly did not expect to find another solution for data input but this tool made everything simple from using it to discussing implementation details. Their customer service really went above and beyond what I anticipated.
Cons
I cannot really think of anything I didn't like about working with them.

“Reliable Tool for Canadian Tax and Accrual Work”
Pros
I like how this handles GAAP compliance perfectly for Canadian businesses especially with accrual accounting for both sales and payment posting. Plus the way it correctly posts sales taxes for the QBO tax module is exactly what I needed and being able to repost when I mess up the mapping has saved me countless times. The customer service team really goes above and beyond as they are absolutely awesome. Overall this has become essential for all my Square and Shopify clients.
Cons
The only minor issue I can think of is that the mapping interface feels a bit cramped when you are working on a smaller screen. But honestly that is such a tiny complaint compared to other tools I've used. So this platform is a clear winner overall.

“Excellent tool overall”
Pros
Square integration works seamlessly for our daily operations and has been rock solid since we implemented it. Setting it up was also simple and I am particularly impressed with how detailed the journal entry configurations are. Customer support has been outstanding whenever we have needed help. Also this tool has eliminated the headache of manually entering numerous transactions while ensuring accuracy. Plus it's freed up our team to focus on higher value work instead of data entry.
Cons
No major issues though it would be nice if it worked with Team Unify or Veevart. But the good thing is that they do listen to integration requests.

“The best when it comes to integration”
Pros
I like the fact that there is no chance of duplicate entries happening and the customer support team responds right away. They are really thorough and stick with you until everything is connected properly and working smoothly.
Cons
There is honestly nothing I can complain about. The team is constantly adding new sales platform integrations and this tool has blown past competitors when it comes to e-commerce reporting capabilities.
