“Retail solutions with CommentSold

Pros

I use this while I worked part-time as a hybrid employee for a big online retailer. It was a fully automated system that saved the company a lot on labor costs. The customer service was always great to me as an employee and they treated our customers well too.

Cons

The only downside at the time was that there was no POS system available for us to use.

The comments are live and every customer can see the inventory in real time which is great.

Cons

Sometimes it lags in real-time which can be frustrating for our customer.

Honestly, I can't think of anything good. The product was awful, the support was terrible and the business practices were totally unethical.

Nothing works and customer support doesn't seem to care. There's no way to cancel a subscription. It's just a terrible product.

I really like Commentsold! It's taken so much off my plate. Before we were doing everything the old-fashioned way, by hand. This system has been a lifesaver.

No cons. I really like that it was more of a one-on-one coaching system, helping me learn all the different functions and tools Commentsold offers. Sometimes, it can get overwhelming when you see all the features and wonder if you're missing out on

I appreciate that it lets customers split their payments into 4 easy installments. It's a game-changer for sure.

Pros

I love being able to sell live without having to worry about preparing invoices. The integrations that automatically send out emails for sales or abandoned carts are awesome and the inventory management is top-notch!

Cons

I really don't like the shipping pricing feature. Plus, the shipping feature never worked well for me.
