“Excellent Customer Support

Pros

We have been using Credit Key for over a year now and most of our financing customers are processed through them. The portal is really easy to use and whenever I have a question about a payment, the customer service team has always been super helpful and responsive.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about it. Yes there are some fees involved but they are absorbed by the company, which is expected in any business arrangement.

It is really easy to work with. The credit process is simple and their website is user friendly, making it so easy to navigate.

So far I have not seen any downsides with this tool. It has been smooth sailing from start to finish.

Applying for credit is super easy and you get instant results. There is no waiting around and it only does a soft credit check so it does not hurt anyone's credit score.

I have not had any issues with them. Everything works as expected and it's been smooth to use.

The Credit Key team has been amazing! They are super responsive to our needs and getting started with them was a breeze. Their support has been fantastic throughout.

I found nothing to dislike so far but I also do not see any major red flags. Everything seems to be running well.

Offering it in our shopping cart has really helped reduce the need to offer extended terms to customers and it takes the burden of collections off our plate. Truly great!

The only problem I have noticed is that the approval requirements for higher priced SKUs are a bit strict but that's a minor issue.

It's a great financing option for businesses and qualifying for it seems pretty easy. It's definitely helped us streamline our payment process.

Their policies can be a bit unclear at times. They place holds, change credit limits and sometimes cause issues without giving enough explanation. It can be frustrating.

It offers a great self service option for customers to get approved for financing within minutes. They can walk out with the product on the same day, which is a huge bonus for both us and our customers.

Cons

If you are looking for larger funding amounts, it might not be ideal as approvals typically don't go over $20000.

Approval for our clients is fast and easy with it. Payments are secure and quick to process, which makes it seamless for everyone involved.
