Order fulfillment is proven very helpful for our setup. It allows us to quickly identify which orders need to be shipped. Overall the system's adaptability is truly impressive.
Cons
There are few things I would like to say. Such as for the target item please consider only the orders marked as turnover in the count. It would also be helpful to include the total item and the deviation such as annual trends in the statistics. The statistics section is also very important and it would be great to find, perhaps in the customer analysis about all orders made by individual customers that too separated by year. Currently the trend section in the customer database is too general and while it's useful for statistical analysis and preparing for customer meetings, it would be more helpful if it were available in the order phase under the last orders section. It would also be useful to export this data into an Excel spreadsheet. Also I feel like adding a filter during the order phase to highlight only new items or promotions would be great. When clicking on a particular item during the order phase, you currently only see a photo. So I suggest adding left and right arrows under the image to immediately suggest the option to browse other images. Graphically I think the statistics should have a visual impact similar to Salesforce.

Datasurf software is comprehensive and can manage all commercial procedures across the entire chain, including Agents, Customers, Retailers, Production Managers, Commercial Managers, Designers, Customer Care teams and the Logistics department. Also it is fully equipped to communicate via API with third-party software like ZAPIER, MAIL CHIMP and more.
Cons
I am very happy with it. They frequently releases updates and the software is always kept up to date. We don't even have time to keep track of all the new releases.
