None, the service wasn't fulfilled and there's no withdrawal function.

The chat room has very limited options and is slow to respond. It doesn't reflect a contact number when urgent replies are needed. There's no advice on courier pickup times, so the sender can't know when the pickup will occur. It would be helpful to add the ability to include remarks on pickup days and times.
