“It is a customer-oriented tool
Pros
Envoy B2B platform was simple to set up and use. Our customers seem to navigate the features without needing help. Plus our onboarding team was fantastic as they are always responsive and supportive throughout the whole process.
Cons
It does have some limitations but we managed to make it fit our business needs. However it keeps adding new features that are helping us grow.

Pros
Integrating our consumer base went smoothly and now we are excited to explore other ways to use this excellent tool.
Cons
The only minor issue is that some sales reps take a bit of time to get used to it. Well that is more on us than on Envoy.

“User-friendly and low maintenance
Pros
It is really easy to use. Plus the platform keeps creating catalogs and content fairly simple. The help pages are clear and if we need, customer support is outstanding too.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. There are small UX quirks like how some filters work but those are minor and they keep improving the platform so we have nothing much to worry about.

Pros
Envoy B2B software is pretty easy to use and very user friendly. Plus it has made seasonal updates, order entry and managing inventory really simple. Our customer service team is more productive, now and both customers and sales reps appreciate having accurate inventory for placing orders.
Cons
I cannot think of anything negative. Though initially we hoped for a few features but major updates have added them.

Pros
The platform is very user friendly. I have worked with other B2B platforms and updates there often confused many customers. With Envoy we get very few calls or emails afterward. The features are also intuitive and Envoy's training materials are excellent at answering user questions. Plus it is always improving to meet industry needs and they actively seek feedback to solve challenges for current customers. Their support does not stop after launch as they are a truly committed partner.
Cons
Sometimes your business might grow slower than Envoy does which means there could be industry changes your business is not ready for yet. For example they improved how marketing materials are loaded and displayed but we were still using an older format that was not supported anymore. Plus Envoy gave us plenty of notice and worked closely with our marketing team which helped us adapt and grow. We are very happy with the changes now even though we were hesitant at first.
