As an admin I find this software really easy to work with. I have chatted with a lot of our users and most agree that it's simple to get around and very easy to use.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. My experience has been fantastic from every angle!

“Frustrating and not user-friendly”
Pros
I can quickly fill out forms ahead of time and pull up client info without any hassle. Also it is pretty easy to search for and sort my clients by their names.
Cons
This software is pretty tricky to figure out and does not feel user friendly at all. A lot of the time, I will finish entering all my data, only to get hit with an error message. Even when I am positive I did not miss a step, I have to click through the error and end up on a screen that I was not even on before. It's really frustrating and makes the whole process take way longer than it should.
