a total nightmare and a ripoff

Just like others have said I was promised a fully working system that would integrate all my sales channels. Instead I was hit with a bill for over $10,000 and spent three months constantly having to push them to do their job. I even had to beg for a new support manager because the one I was assigned clearly didn't know how to set up a multi-channel integration. Working with their team was nothing but problems. I want a full refund for both my money and my time. And if you are thinking about using this company just don't. The sales pitch sounds great but the reality is totally different. The system is painfully slow because it uses outdated Windows Remote Desktop technology and it is one of the most expensive options available. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable.
