Support team responds quickly

Pros

I am really impressed with the built-in support chat feature as it is very useful when we run into questions during site development. The ability to backup our website multiple times per month is also a huge plus!

Cons

The biggest headache for me is setting up similar products with just small differences because there is no way to copy from an existing SKU so I end up recreating everything from scratch even when the only change is something like size.

Comprehensive E-Commerce Solution

Pros

The platform works perfectly for businesses of any size looking to expand their online presence. Also the interface is really user friendly that is simple to pick up. Plus the support team is great at walking you through everything.

Cons

Just be aware that product data might mess with your SEO efforts if you don't understand how it works, though thats not really the platforms fault.

Quick Response and Helpful Support

Pros

I really appreciate how simple this is to navigate and the support team always comes through when I am stuck on something important.

Cons

The catalog uploads from vendors often include discontinued items that end up showing online which creates problems for customers and extra work for us.
