Pros
The software has significantly enhanced our reporting capabilities and serves as an all in one solution for quoting, billing, order management, customer inventory, and invoicing.
Cons
The only downside is that the software is so customizable and offers so many data solutions that it can feel overwhelming during the initial setup. But honestly, the ease of use and benefits are fantastic, so it's not really a significant con.
