“Just what we needed
Pros
The Foundation offers all the key features we wanted in a B2B platform and continues to improve. Features like price lists that define pricing strategies and assigning those lists to specific customers make the platform flexible enough to fit how we want to work rather than forcing us to change our business approach.
Cons
Even though they are always improving the product based on customer feedback and as it is still fairly new, so I noticed that some features are missing or feel unfinished.

Pros
It is getting better and better for connecting with our customers. And once they get used to visiting our website regularly they become more loyal, return more often and really appreciate how easy it is to use.
Cons
Adding products is not as easy as we expected but it is improving steadily. Plus the team is really helpful and supportive throughout the process.
