“Customizable but a little expensive
Pros
The ability to customize reports to save on data entry is the biggest benefit for me. Plus personal support from a company that values feedback and strives to improve is rare.
Cons
Price seems a little higher to me than other services but the constant improvements and updates make this service stand out from the rest.

“Close to perfection
Pros
Well the transparency it provides to clients allowing them to choose their own delivery date based on the rules we set is a fantastic and my favourite feature.
Cons
Currently there is only one shipping method available. So I feel like it would be great if customers could choose between ground or express shipping with rules for perishable items that automatically restrict shipping to express when they are added to the basket.

“Key tool for online food business success
Pros
We spent years struggling to solve the catch weight problem in seafood before finally discovering Freshline's software. It was by far the best solution for our business at that time.
Cons
No complaints as the team is still in its early stages and small so they are very hands-on when it comes to resolving any issues that arise.
