“Been using it for more than a decade and happy
Pros
We have been using this for over 10 years and have seen our online sales grow every year. Plus setting it up and maintaining it is fairly simple like more than I expected.
Cons
Most customizations need to be done by a developer either through the support desk or as a separately quoted project. However whenever we have wanted to customize our store for specific customer needs, we have managed to find solutions by working with GoB2B.

“Simple but really effective
Pros
Though we use a simple template but it is still very effective and gives our customers an easy platform to place orders without making things complicated.
Cons
Running multiple promotions at once can be tricky. Also I feel like it would be great if the total savings were shown at checkout.

“Service that really impressed us
Pros
The software has been pretty easy to use and the B2B team has been really helpful with training as it makes sure my team and I know how to get the most from it.
Cons
I have not come across anything that I dislike or extra features I'd like to include.

“Really good company to work with
Pros
GoB2B works well with our Sage system and handles pricing really well. Other software could not manage Sage's complex pricing but we were able to use the CMS import feature to create spreadsheets for product data which saved us a lot of time and effort.
Cons
The CMS tool could use a modern update but it is not much of an issue as I know a revamp is already planned.

“Best for B2B and Sage 200
Pros
The smooth integration with our Sage200 ERP makes managing our website and product listings simple. Plus the software is also highly customizable which helps us meet various business needs. For example many corporate customers have unique purchasing requirements and GoB2B adapts the site to provide customized solutions for each client and this has been a major advantage. From a customer service standpoint it is excellent and responds quickly to everything from simple questions to technical issues. Also they really know their product well which gives us confidence. Most importantly our ecommerce sales have increased month over month and year over year since switching to their platform.
Cons
Since the websites are template based, displaying product info or images can feel limited. Most customization requires raising a support ticket. Also it would be helpful to have more ready made page templates or modules giving admins more flexibility in designing pages without needing support. And the software is a bit tough to understand initially but once you get it, you will come to the conclusion that it is pretty basic. GoB2B is always available to help. However I feel like the admin dashboard reporting could improve as a live dashboard with filters to quickly review performance across different data points would be nice.

“Fresh site but doing a good job
Pros
GoB2B managed our old website for years and recently built our new one. They were pretty helpful and ensured everything worked exactly how we wanted. Any setup issues were fixed immediately and ongoing minor problems have been handled promptly. Plus they walked us through the shopfront software and taught us how to use it. They are very professional and always go the extra mile to resolve problems or answer questions. We highly recommend them and look forward to continuing our partnership.
Cons
The shopfront was intimidating at first but it guided us through it and was very helpful. Our questions were answered promptly so we were never left unsure. Overall no complaints.

“Offers excellent support
Pros
There are quite a few things I like about it such as Sage integrates easily with the software for stock levels, pricing, customer accounts, discounts and instantly processing orders as they are placed online.
Cons
It can be hard to add our own custom features without contacting support.

“Works really well with Sage
Pros
GOb2b software pairs well with Sage and provides real time pricing and stock updates.
Cons
The user interface takes some time and effort to get used to and the other thing I did not like is that any customization must be done by the support team through tickets.

“Great fit for Sage 200 and ecommerce
Pros
They respond quickly and fix urgent issues fast. The Sage 200 integration is excellent, offering real-time stock counts and pricing. Plus GoB2B is always available and does their best to meet our needs.
Cons
There is always room for improvement since we as users want to add features or tweak the customer journey over time.

“Simplifies our job
Pros
Integration with our Sage 200 accounting system makes this software highly efficient. Uploading products is fast and simple since details come directly from Sage. Also the software very well manages multiple price levels and group discounts from Sage which ensures the right prices show for thousands of products to each customer.
Cons
Well the initial setup took longer than we expected because of our complex shipping rates. But after overcoming that we have had hardly any major issues.

“Excellent quality and custom fit
Pros
Many features have been customized specifically to fit our website's needs. The response time is also fast like usually just minutes if we have questions or issues. With 24/7 support we can reach the team anytime, no matter the hour. Also the integration with Sage is excellent as it lets us process orders smoothly without any hassle.
Cons
Some parts of the site including backend/admin pages can be slow but the good thing is that the team is aware and working on improvements. So I have nothing much to worry about.

“Leading company in B2B software
Pros
The integration with Sage 200 and live stock updates, plus the ability to adjust items and pricing instantly is fantastic. Moreover the software's organic SEO works quietly in the background which really helps us too.
Cons
Understanding the SEO features initially was a bit challenging for me. But now everything is fine.

“It is one of a kind
Pros
GOb2b product is very user friendly and connects perfectly with our Sage 50 system.
Cons
It cannot show the actual discount on products. For example if an item usually costs 2 and is on offer for 1.50, the site only shows the discount as a total at the end of the order which confuses our clients at times.

“Service that goes beyond expectations
Pros
They listen to our requirements and come back with solutions either by configuring the website or offering custom options. Plus managing our site through their application is fairly easy and their support team answers calls quickly and resolves issues promptly.
Cons
The application feels a bit clunky too. Also it will be better when the web version launches. Plus more delivery options would be welcome and there are limited ways to make basic site changes without submitting support tickets.

“Simplified our initial online ordering
Pros
It is easy for our customers to use and the best thing is that GoB2B provides strong support.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the shopfront designer can be a bit difficult at times but it gets the job done and gives us full control over our website. Also it is going to be replaced soon with a new designer that will make managing the site much smoother moving forward.

“Quite impressed with how it works
Pros
Technical integration with Sage 50 is very important for us. We have worked with GoB2B's team for years and they understand our needs and deliver on the most technical demands for B2C, B2B, IOSS and DTP ecommerce.
Cons
The only challenge we faced with integration was handling Sage 50's limitations.

“Pretty reasonable and handy
Pros
GoB2B combines an ecommerce platform and CMS system. Plus it integrates with Sage 200 for stock levels, prices, customer accounts, discounts and automates online sales orders, calculating shipping, posting orders to Sage and creating customer accounts. Also their CMS lets us manage product catalogs, pages and content easily. Formatting product descriptions is simple with Markdown syntax though HTML is also available if needed.
Cons
There are very few things I dislike about GoB2B like they are mostly minor annoyances that any software might have.

“tech support you can count on
Pros
The software is both easy to use and reliable. Failures are very rare and the online integration with Sage 200 works the best. Any issues we have are handled quickly and pretty well with a focus on keeping operations smooth.
Cons
Customizable features require submitting tickets which I do not like but this is not the case on other platforms as these are often built in and easy to toggle on or off.

“customer for years and pretty satisfied
Pros
Connecting and updating SKU info to Sage is simple. The whole support team works with a can do attitude as they provide solutions customized to our business. Also the product is flexible enough to match our design guidelines while keeping core functionality solid.
Cons
Being tied to our Sage server location is something limiting. So I feel like cloud based solution would be ideal.

“Does a solid job for B2B needs
Pros
Once we understand the basics, the software is generally easy to use. And it does exactly what it should such as listing products, adding info and offering basic controls.
Cons
The software sometimes feels clunky and does not yet have a web-based version though I hear one is in development. Plus it takes some technical skill to understand initially but it is very usable. And once the template is set customization is limited but the good thing is that the support is excellent for backend changes or troubleshooting.
