“Nice experience using it

Pros

The team assigned to our account handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They always kept us in the loop and deliverables were completed right on schedule. And whenever something urgent came up, they clearly walked us through the next steps and the data provided was both accurate and valuable.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing we did not enjoy about working with it. We are excited to keep building on the partnership moving forward.

Pros

Communication has been great and easy to follow. They reply quickly, stay on top of follow-ups and resolve all our issues fast. Also they take feedback seriously and use it to keep improving their service.

Cons

Grepsr's doing a great job. I have really been impressed with the updates and improvements they have rolled out recently. So no complaints.

“Always delivers

Pros

The account support team has been simply amazing and the technical work has stayed consistently high in quality. As we have pretty complex and unique requirements but they always stick to timelines and give us a heads up if anything needs rechecking which rarely happens. And any time something comes up, they are quick to respond and very open to fixing it.

Cons

No major complaints here. But since it is a little complex, we have occasionally spotted small issues during acceptance testing for the custom code they have built for us but they have always fixed things quickly and efficiently.

“Keeps our product catalog data in check

Pros

Working with Grepsr has been smooth and professional so far. They pay close attention to the details, move fast and are flexible as per our shift needs which makes our job a lot easier. Plus they always aim to meet our requests and the communication is excellent too. Whenever we ask something they get back to us right away. Because of this we have been able to maintain a huge catalog with hundreds of thousands of products and keep it both accurate and up to date.

Cons

Nothing serious comes to mind. Every now and then we hit minor issues with product files but that is understandable given the size of the datasets we handle and they always resolve them fast.

Pros

Grepsr team really took the time to learn what kind of data we needed and built a solution specifically for us. And every time we receive the data it is complete and spot-on. Overall I find them reliable.

Cons

I think it would be really useful if the platform offered more self-serve tools like being able to tweak project settings or adjust data-cleaning flows on our own.

They are very responsive and always willing to come up with solutions that help support our business goals.

I really like how fast and smooth it is to pull large volumes of data and we are talking thousands of rows in no time.

Our current report setup is pulling too many rows for all the sellers but we are already working on fine-tuning it.

Grepsr platform is easy to work with and any time there is a problem, they jump on it right away to get things sorted quickly for us.
