The team assigned to our account handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They always kept us in the loop and deliverables were completed right on schedule. Pros
The account support team has been simply amazing and the technical work has stayed consistently high in quality. As we have pretty complex and unique requirements but they always stick to timelines and give us a heads up if anything needs rechecking which rarely happens. And any time something comes up, they are quick to respond and very open to fixing it.
Cons
No major complaints here. But since it is a little complex, we have occasionally spotted small issues during acceptance testing for the custom code they have built for us but they have always fixed things quickly and efficiently.
