“Real partner in creating our custom configurator
Pros
What stands out most about HeadQ Commerce is how responsive and adaptable the team is. Mikko and Paavo really heard us and worked closely to customize the configurator just the way we wanted. Plus the software itself is strong, user-friendly and keeps getting better. And being supported by a team that treats you like a true partner rather than just a customer is simply amazing.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing we really dislike. Whenever we ran into any issues during setup the team responded quickly. Their dedication to support and ongoing improvements makes everything run smoothly.

Pros
The service development genuinely focuses on the customers needs. We have also gained useful insights into sales growth thanks to the data provided. Also it is simple to use and our clients have really embraced the option to shop online really well. Plus the customer support is simply amazing as I usually get answers within minutes.
Cons
We got involved early with this software when the service was still in development. So there were a few small bumps to iron out but overall it has been great to be part of creating such a smart platform.

Pros
Overall I find it pretty easy to use, quite flexible, fast to set up and the teamwork with the staff has been great too.
Cons
The product is still new and evolving so it is not perfect just yet. However I feel the team prioritized the key features to ensure it is already flexible and easy to use from the start.
