Powerful and scalable B2B platform

Pros

It is a cloud-based solution that lets you start small and scale as you grow. Plus it offers a wide variety of customizable features and I like that all its functionalities are available through APIs in Intershop.

Cons

The CMS is not the best available so I think it might be a good idea to pair Intershop with another headless CMS for better performance.

Pros

I found it a versatile and future ready platform that excels with its comprehensive standard features particularly in the B2B sector. Also the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI makes it a modern tool that boosts the competitive edge of businesses. And for marketing it provides a range of options including the ability to execute targeted customer communication and promotions directly within the platform.

Cons

Intershop user interface is not the most simple in some sections so it took me some time to get used to.

Highly adaptable commerce platform

Pros

The B2B features are fantastic and what stands out is how easily we can customize the standard functionality for any project. Plus we can easily adjust or add new features which is really impressive.

Cons

Functionality is not very flexible. Even if you do not use the CMS in a headless setup, it still operates through the back office. I feel like it would be much better if it were more modular allowing for easier customization and less rigid integration.
