The support team is knowledgeable, easy to reach and responds quickly. Also I find the platform stable, packed with advanced features and it even offers a wide range of integration options.

One thing that could be better is adding support for Pix installment payments as it is a feature that's still missing from the current setup.

Right from the first contact with the sales team, everyone was polite, helpful and very attentive and that goes for the rest of the team too. What really stood out to me was when I gave a suggestion to the support team and they actually took it seriously, reviewed it and moved it toward implementation.

iSet stores are modern, reliable, with a user friendly implementation process and the best technical support in the world. And the team is very helpful and quick to respond too.

The caching can be a bit slow to update in browsers depending on how it's set up. But luckily there is a built-in feature that allows us to force a cache clear when needed.

The pricing is great and what's even better is that the platform includes a bunch of features we would usually have to pay extra for elsewhere. Also they are constantly improving and adding new stuff and their service has been really solid too.

I am not using an account right now but it worked really well for us when we did. It would be nice to have more integrations though I am pretty sure they are already working on that.

It offers a lot of features without breaking the bank. Also I like the fact that there are plenty of options to customize things and automate different tasks which makes it highly flexible.

Overall I would say it is a complete tool with everything anyone might be looking for. Such as the showcase looks great, the apps are useful, also it is easy to use, the layout is clean and the API works well too.

Thanks to the CMS customization, we can pretty much build out any feature we need. Plus the API has solid documentation which makes maintaining products way easier and more efficient.

Anytime we notice a feature missing we let iSet know and they are quick to roll it out in production as they are very responsive.
