“A reliable ERP with potential for growth
Pros
The setup process was fast as we were able to do it in no time. The interface is also very clean and easy to figure out even for new team members. Plus their support team responds quickly and the built-in integrations with popular e-commerce and shipping platforms work really well.
Cons
Sometimes it slows down a bit when we are exporting large amounts of data. Also I think the workflow automation could benefit from more advanced "if this, then that" type of logic.

Pros
Feature wise this software is quite impressive. Also it is packed with tools that cover a wide range of needs so it works great for us in all sorts of situations. Amd whether you are handling tasks, managing your contacts or monitoring finances this platform takes care of it all.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about as we enjoy using it and rely on it regularly. We would definitely recommend it to others.

“The ultimate hub for managing business
Pros
Kentro has saved us a lot of time and money. It offers nearly all the same functionality as NetSuite but at a much lower price point. As someone who works with data I find it pretty efficient for reporting as everything is pulled together across channels and I can filter reports in real-time. We have connected it with all our third-party tools giving us a full view across inventory, fulfillment, marketing, finance and more. This has drastically cut down the hours we used to spend on manual data wrangling. Plus the Kentro team has been highly responsive anytime I have needed help. Honestly I cannot recommend it enough.
Cons
No big complaints here as it is actually outperformed what we were expecting. It has a strong core system and it looks like they have got some great new features in the pipeline especially for forecasting demand and revenue.

What I really like is how well it ties together all our workflows and gives us clear insights into our data across the board.
Cons
For me the layout is not very efficient. Some features feel like they are missing and the way the fields and sections are arranged does not feel very practical.

I really enjoy using the reporting tools. Plus Kentro is easy to navigate and gives us helpful insights into sales performance. And it helps us track orders and input new ones. Everything we need is easy to find and access within the platform.
Cons
Well I had a bit of trouble at first finding where things were and figuring out how to enter orders. Also I think guided tutorial would really help for anyone who is using this daily.

“Remarkable tool
Pros
Rolling it out was pretty easy and the technical support team is always on point when we need help. The value we get from Kentro is amazing for what it costs. Overall it works seamlessly with our in-house systems and also integrates well with simpler tools like Shopify. We are saving both time and money by using it.
Cons
So far everything has been running smoothly with it and we have not faced any problems yet.

“Navigating it is so easy
Pros
Navigating the platform was not an issue as it was pretty easy. I usually get overwhelmed with new systems but this one was easy to get used to. Also it is highly flexible which I really like because I can use it in a bunch of different ways.
Cons
The one thing that bugs me is when I click on a specific order under sales, it always bounces me back to the main sales order page instead of staying where I was which is annoying.

Pros
Kentro is pretty simple and works really well with the other tools I use every day. Also it is definitely helped me get more done in less time. Plus their customer support is fantastic.
Cons
It continues to get better. Whenever I come across something that could be more efficient, the team usually helps out right away and finds a way to automate it. And it might not feel quite user friendly at first but there is usually a workaround or fix available.

Pros
What I find most helpful are the reporting features and how easily I can look up order details. I can generate multiple shipping reports in just a few minutes. And it is all very user friendly and I like the overall design and layout.
Cons
There is really nothing too complex about using this platform. Every time I have needed to export something or find specific information, it has been pretty easy to do right from the system.

Pros
The feature I use the most is how you can customize PO settings based on each vendor. It lets us assign different label templates and profiles depending on vendor rules which has been a huge help.
Cons
Only downside for me has been not being able to add tracking numbers to multiple shipments all at once. But I am optimistic that this is something they will add soon.

Pros
I really like how simple it is to place orders and track them through the system. Another cool thing is that the person receiving the order gets notified right away about where their package is.
Cons
Occasionally the quantity shown is off which ends up causing some trouble when I am trying to place an order.

I find Kentro software easy to work with and it has lots of features that make daily tasks easier. And thanks to all the automated syncing it does behind the scenes.
Cons
Like most new tools there was definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but that is something we expected.

One thing I really like is how quick and simple it is to build out an order in Kentro. Also it gives you a clear visual of everything in your cart which I find helpful.
Cons
The most challenging part for me is pulling up a previously placed order. Going back and trying to locate an older order even one from just a day ago can be pretty frustrating.

What stands out most for me is how easy it is to tailor Kentro to our needs. And whenever we want to tweak something or add a new process, it is simple to do. Also I really value the real time updates and access to past data. Report building is a significant plus and being able to export those reports is pretty convenient.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of anything that really bothers me about this software. As it handles our day to day tasks well and anything that does pop up is usually easy to resolve.
