Our entire team loves it

Pros

The system is compatible with multiple ERPs, offers dashboards and allows product imports. Also the Mosaique team is always readily available for us when in need.

Cons

Nothing to say as the tool is perfectly customized for us.

Pros

It overall performs really well. Also I find it user-friendly and easy to switch between French and English.

Cons

Well I am unable to maintain the preferred column order on the home page which is annoying.

Pros

The ease of use provided is simple outstanding. Also navigation feels natural and highly user friendly which I find rare in this field. And the best thing is that our employees can become independent users very quickly.

Cons

A drawback that comes is my mind is that though it can make it easy to edit articles in bulk as it saves a lot of time. However this can sometimes lead to minor bugs. So it is important to double-check your work after doing this. That said if any bugs do occur, the teams address them quickly. And this weakness is acceptable considering the benefits it provides.

It is a complete tool

Pros

The interface is clear and very well designed which makes it very easy to use. Plus the tool saves me a lot of time in managing the company's products and offers. Even the support team is highly educational and responsive and the solution offers great value for the investment.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to have more tutorials on the more technical aspects but it seems that's already in progress.

Truly amazing tool

Pros

Managing product information is very easy as there is no need to use Excel. In addition everything is in a single repository that allows us to centralize, streamline and enrich all product data and media. Plus we gain in optimizing time to market to create new web and print media which is a real plus. Moreover the platform is very easy to use and customer service remains very available if needed.

Cons

None. It fits perfectly and meets all our needs initially defined.
