The conversion rate is incredible as visitors who chat with the bot convert 15 times more than those who dont. I also really appreciate getting weekly reports that let me adjust responses based on what's happening seasonally or when we launch new products.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind as this tool has been solid for me.
