“After years still happy with our choice
Pros
After using this for almost 4 years I can confidently say it's been an excellent choice. The customer service team is absolutely outstanding and always helpful when needed. The training materials are well-designed and make everything clear. Managing a multi brand marketplace has become simple and easy to scale up. Really grateful for such a solid partnership over these years.
Cons
Lately it felt like there was not much happening in terms of new features but now it does look like they are starting to roll out some updates again.

“Outstanding software with excellent support
Pros
Honestly I am blown away by how this platform runs our entire dropshipping setup on autopilot. We are handling 11,000 products across 120 different brands with a pretty lean team and it all works because the system syncs everything so smoothly from product listings and stock levels to pricing, shipping and payments across customers, us and our brand partners. It is a total must-have if you are running a dropshipping marketplace. What really makes them shine though is their amazing support crew. When we ran into tough times, they stepped up big time as they are super responsive, genuinely helpful and truly cared about our success. It is rare to see such a powerful platform backed by a team that actually has your back. So I can't recommend them highly enough.

“Excellent support with solid foundation
Pros
The customer service team is absolutely fantastic. Having Daniel Orge as our dedicated consultant who we touch base with weekly has been invaluable as he breaks down everything in simple, non-technical terms that actually make sense.
Cons
I wish there was a proper manual or reference guide available. While the links and screen recordings are helpful they just dont cover everything I need to know.

Pros
Onport product catalogue import feature blew me away as it pulled in all vendor products into one central hub without any manual work on my part. Saved me countless hours of data entry headaches. The automated order routing and payment processing makes everything run smoothly and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to streamline there marketplace operations.

I like how accommodating the team is with our requests and their willingness to challenge existing processes for better optimization. This approach keeps our partnership evolving and improving continuously.
Cons

Pros
This platform really is top notch for marketplace automation and streamlining those repetitive tasks. Having tested lots of solutions that promise seamless integration and I can say this one actually delivers on syncing way beyond just Shopify stores. The automated payment processing is simply amazing, plus you get synced product images with descriptions and tags. In short everything gets better with their monthly updates. What really impressed me were the detailed guides that made getting started incredibly smooth and there customer support is genuinely helpful and personalized rather than generic responses. We are so happy with the results that I'd absolutely recommend trying it out.
Cons
The time zone differences make it challenging to get proper training and support when we need it most. Learning the system remotely is not ideal, and coordinating with their team across different time zones can be frustrating. You really need to put in extra effort to get up to speed with all the features and make the most of what the platform offers.

Pros
I can set up a marketplace on my site without any problem and the dropship functionality works great for brands like mine regardless of size.
Cons
Though the number of setup options can feel pretty overwhelming when you are first getting started, even though all that flexibility is ultimately a good thing for different partnership structures.

This tool has been a lifesaver for our small startup when resources are tight. It automatically handles price updates, inventory tracking, image management, order processing and payments in real-time which saves us tons of time. The setup process was simple too and I really like how easy it is to publish products. Our vendors were pleased with how everything integrated on their end too. Would definitely recommend to other businesses.
Cons
The onboarding felt rushed and we missed some important setup steps that caused problems later. There is clearly a lot of functionality here but without proper training we are probably not using it to its full potential.

Pros
The account management team has been very helpful and flexible when it comes to my business requirements. I mainly use the inventory management and payment export features. Have not tried competitors so I can't really compare.
Cons
I am pretty happy with everything it offers overall. Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy but a quick refresh usually fixes the issue. That is really the only thing I'd want improved.
