“Full of promises but needs improvement
Pros
For me this is one of the best apps on iOS. It is very stable, quite beautiful and fast. And once we get the hang of it, I find it pretty useful too. Plus it has one of the best promo management features I've tested.
Cons
The back office is outdated and painfully slow. Its strength lies in promo management which is very advanced but it has some significant flaws. Another downside is the bug resolution process, where fixes either take too long to arrive or are never resolved.

Pros
Customizability is where Pepperi really shines. It is most powerful with its logic-based rules and we can adapt it to automate our sales operations.
Cons
Not much to complain about except that we have to go through customer success to make changes to your user counts and licenses.

“Awesome tablet-friendly interface
Pros
In a past consultancy I worked with a B2B security equipment distributor that wanted to boost sales of its less popular inventory. This was challenging because the field sales consultants could not carry samples of every item in the catalog. But integrating Pepperi made it easy and even fun to showcase more products. In just six months the company saw sales growth including for lesser known items. The good thing is that now our field sales consultants used Android tablets which made visualizing, taking orders and building orders much quicker and more efficient.
Cons
Although the user interface is clean and easy to use, I will say it is a bit on the heavier side. So if your field sales reps are going to use it make sure they have a good data plan or else you might experience some lag.

Pros
If the standard solution does not meet our needs, there is no need to worry as we can easily configure it to fit our sales team. Plus there are many features you can add after the initial implementation which makes it a continuous upgrade.
Cons
The support is not available 24/7 which I feel like should be available and the time zone is CET.

Pros
We have managed to reduce our platforms from four to just two. With MYOB and Pepperi we now have everything we need. Also it is very portable for our reps in the field and very stable for those in the office.
Cons
Because Pepperi is so customizable it can be a bit overwhelming when making changes. And there are so many options that I am not sure where to start.

I love that it shows me year to date sales and compares my performance to the previous year.
Cons
It does not have a space in the order column for stock on hand. This is really important for my job because when I revisit a store and I want to know that last time they had 6 in stock and ordered 12.

“All the features it has are amazing
Pros
The performance and features are great. Also it is easy to use and extract information. Plus it works on mobile so we do not need to carry a laptop everywhere. The navigation feature is decent too and it's handy for keeping track of sales and purchases.
Cons
Quality of the app does not match the price they charge. And the support team does not meet expectations and we cannot link data to QuickBooks which is another drawback. Also there are serious synchronization issues when editing discounts and promo codes. If you are not technically savvy, it can be difficult to understand the latest updates and implementation details.

Pros
It is very easy to install and operate. Also it is accessible on both iOS and Android devices. The customer service is pretty helpful too and it assists us in finding prices and customers.
Cons
The back end setup is tricky. Plus it does not allow multiple discounts or promos to be entered and I noticed it has serious synchronization issues.

Pros
I implemented Pepperi with one of my clients and it really made a lot of processes clear and transparent. It opened up a whole new world of mobile sales for them. Mobile merchandising was exactly what they needed,and now we are exploring other features.
Cons
Pepperi pricing is not clear and can be a bit of a shock but it is worth it. Also the number of features is so impressive but at the same time it can be overwhelming for many.
