One thing I really like is how well it keeps everything synced across platforms, giving me a single reliable source for all my data.

Setting up products and adapting them for different customer formats has been very easy for me and it saves me a lot of time in daily work.

There's a lot of information across different pages, so if you don't use it regularly, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

Pros

Managing a large catalog has become much simpler for me because all my data, assets and documents are now in one place instead of being scattered across different systems. It has made my work faster and I can export whatever I need very quickly. I also like how brand portals give access to teams in different locations, making everything more practical for me.

Cons

The filter and search experience is a bit frustrating because going back resets everything, so I have to redo searches again. It seems like the team is already working on it, so I'm hoping it gets fixed soon.

Pros

Handling frequent updates or changes to products is something I can now do very easily and overall I find it to be a very reliable tool with great support whenever I need it.

Cons

I mainly use It for product descriptions and it works really well for that. The only small thing I'd personally like is more font options.

Pros

After trying a few PIM tools, I finally settled on this one and for me it just works. The connection with Shopify is great and reliable and I haven't run into bugs. I also like how quick and knowledgeable the support team is whenever I need help.

Cons

I haven't really learned how to use the It Asset Manager properly yet, even though we already use it. I feel like there's a lot more we could be doing with it if I had a better understanding.

Pros

What really stands out to me is the team behind it. I find the platform easy to work with but whenever I need guidance or training, their support is always available which makes a big difference for me.

Cons

The page layout could definitely be improved a bit to make navigation easier.

Pros

The flexibility is something I value a lot and I also find the platform easy to understand. Support has been consistently helpful for me and the integrations with marketplaces and other systems work really well in my daily use.

Cons

In the free version, the limits without channels are noticeable and there are also a few things in user management that could be adjusted. Product data sheets also feel like they need more flexibility and better customization options.

Pros

Editing products in bulk has saved me a huge amount of time. I can quickly update listings across platforms like Amazon and Shopify without spending hours. Uploading images is also much faster now and I no longer need separate tools to manage files. Creating export templates for different channels has also made my workflow much more efficient.

Cons

Outbound channel limits were a bit restrictive for us but they did offer us a good deal to add more when we signed up which helped.

Pros

For my needs, the filtering options are very detailed which helps me manage and update specific products in bulk. I've noticed a big improvement in how quickly I can handle product data and overall I feel very satisfied using it.

Cons

Asset handling still isn't fully aligned with what we need. Uploading and assigning assets to data would be much better if we could do bulk or multi-edit actions instead of handling everything one by one.

“All in one catalog system”

Pros

Everything about the system works really well for me, from account support to managing catalogs and assets. I can create catalogs quickly, manage product data easily and keep everything organized across different sales channels which has saved me a lot of time.

Cons

One annoying thing is the filters in the brand portal resetting every time I open a product or go back to the previous page. It slows things down but I've been told a fix is coming with upcoming updates, so I'm hoping that gets resolved soon.

Pros

Before using this, keeping product data updated across multiple websites was difficult for me but now everything is stored in one place and automatically feeds into other systems which has made things much easier.

Cons

The API could be easier to work with. I've struggled especially when trying to export image URLs together with bulk product data.

Pros

Learning how to use the system didn't take long for me and I was able to start working on my own pretty quickly. Creating catalogs and product sheets has reduced my workload and I now have a much clearer view of all my product data.

Cons

We've only been using the system for a few months, so the integration with other platforms still feels a bit complicated at times.

Integration with other systems works really well in my experience and I also find it easy to teach others how to use the platform which helps my team get up to speed faster.

Cons

It's frustrating that I can't bulk upload multiple photos at once, especially when dealing with products that have many variations.

Honestly, there aren't many problems overall but the inability to bulk upload images does stand out.
