“Customizable catalog creation platform”

Pros

Creating product sheets and catalogs has been a big advantage for me and I also like that I can customize the interface based on different users which makes daily tasks easier to manage.

Cons

Reporting definitely needs improvement and it would be useful if more ERP-style logistics data could be included as well.

Pros

I find it easy to use and flexible enough to adjust to my needs and the pricing also feels fair for what I get.

Cons

I've realized it's easy to get carried away with importing too much data and if I started again, I would structure things differently because cleaning it up later becomes difficult.

Pros

Filtering attributes and updating products in bulk is very convenient for me and I also like that I can save custom views for later use which helps speed up my workflow.

Cons

You can't really assign different role-based permissions at the attribute label level which feels like a missing feature but it seems like something they may be working on.

Overall, I like how everything is organized in one place and it makes it easier for me and my team to access all the information we need without switching between different tools.

Connecting to external platforms is still a bit complex and could be smoother overall.

Pros

For me, it's very easy to work with and covers almost everything I need for managing product data. I can keep all assets and attributes in one place which helps me maintain a single, reliable source of truth for my online store.

Cons

You can't really define detailed user roles for specific attributes which makes it harder to control exactly who edits what. There's also no proper data quality control, so if a mistake slips in unnoticed, it doesn't get flagged automatically.

Pros

What I like most is how simple the interface feels, since I can store all product details like specs, marketing content and files in one place. I also find the portal useful for sharing information with external partners.

Cons

At times, information can be overwritten too easily and data loss can happen. The changelog does help track changes but it doesn't allow reversing bulk actions which can be risky.

Pros

Getting started was smooth for me and I didn't need much time to figure things out. Even teams that didn't go through training were able to use it without much trouble which says a lot. I also find the filtering options really helpful when I need to organize or locate specific data.

Cons

Brand portal customization still doesn't feel fully developed and could use more refinement.

Pros

Using a PIM system like this has reduced a lot of manual work for me, especially when I need to sync product information with other platforms.

Cons

We also need a better way to separate products at the packaging level so only master products sync to other platforms. Right now, we have to use an extra intermediate step which makes the process more complicated than it should be.

Pros

The speed at which I can update product data is a big advantage for me and I like how those updates reflect across channels quickly. I also use brand portals often and they make things easier not just for me but for my customers too.

Cons

There's nothing major I strongly dislike but I do wish the e-catalogues and product sheets allowed more flexible editing since the current layout feels a bit restrictive.

Overall, the software works well and I don't face any real issues with it.
