“Amazing ecommerce platform ideal for large catalogues

Pros

In my view PretaShop is certainly one of the most effective and well rounded ecommerce systems available. Its highly customizable and great for large product catalogs. The back office is well organized making it easy to manage orders and products. I am impressed!

Cons

Some small technical bugs still pop up with new updates. You need to have a good understanding of the system to make any technical adjustments. Also occasionally third party modules don't go well together.

“User friendly software

Pros

Its very easy to use, add products and manage both products and inventory. I have faced no difficulties while doing all these things.

Cons

Sometimes the plugins can get pretty expensive like when setting up a feed.

“Exceptional ecommerce system

Pros

Setting it up and getting everything ready for an ecommerce system is a pretty simple process with nothing too complicated.

Cons

I dont like the B2B mode. Not sure what its even meant to do. Seems pretty useless to be honest.

“Needs a lot of coding

Pros

We get to choose the payment system that works best for us and we have complete control over our data, payments and processes. Can pretty much code anything too.

Cons

There are fewer plugins available in the marketplace compared to other e-commerce systems. You end up coding almost everything yourself and it can be tough to change the website's behavior.
