Pros
The system is pretty fast and allows coding for nearly any business rule you can think of. This makes it an incredibly flexible and powerful shipping solution for us when using an on-premises server.
Cons
Well the development process takes quite a bit of time. However support for on-premises servers and coding is timely, though not all techs are familiar with the older code.

I had a great time collaborating with the ProShip team and being part of the group during the software implementation process.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the cost is quite high for a small business. But still it's worth the investment.

When it works it handles everything in the shipping department well and efficiently for us. But when it works!

Resolving issues takes time like more time than we expected. And problems that should be universal are often treated as specific to one company.

Pros
The product works well and meets our requirements. Plus it integrates perfectly with our older ERP system.
Cons
Support team could really improve. We often struggle to get timely help and all we hear are excuses. The engineers do not seem to communicate well with each other and we end up answering the same questions multiple times. Plus their expectations of our internal knowledge feel unreasonable.

Pros
ProShip system performs well and updates come frequently with easy implementation. Their support team is also vert helpful which is another thing I like the most about it.
Cons
I really like the documentation but some of it seems outdated or could use more attention. But at least the docs are available and I am happy about that.

It is quite a reliable tool and performs consistently well every day.
Cons
Our experience with technical support has consistently been subpar. We spend days answering basic questions that were already addressed in the initial ticket and it can take weeks to get a more complex issue resolved.
