ProShip Features
Superior Rate Shopping
ProShip offers three distinct methods for comparing carrier rates: Basic, Time-in-Transit, and Advanced Date Shopping. These options allow businesses to evaluate multiple carriers based on cost and delivery speed in real-time. This flexibility helps companies choose the most economical and timely shipping option for each package.
High Shipment Execution Speed
ProShip processes carrier rating, applies business rules, completes shipment execution, and prints shipping labels within milliseconds. This rapid processing supports environments with high shipping volumes, ensuring no bottlenecks occur during busy periods. Fast execution helps maintain a steady workflow and on-time deliveries.
Carrier Rationalization
The platform allows users to manage a diverse mix of carriers, including national, international, regional, and last-mile delivery services. Carriers can be easily added or removed as shipping needs evolve, providing adaptability. This feature helps businesses align carrier choices without complicated setups.
Zero Downtime for Updates
It enables automatic updates without interrupting daily shipping operations. This means businesses receive continuous improvements and new features without scheduling maintenance windows. Users can maintain uninterrupted workflows even with constant shipping demands.
Popular Third-Party Integrations
ProShip integrates with leading supply chain and shipping platforms such as Körber Supply Chain, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Banyan Technology. Wholesale, 11-50 employees

“Made for industry experts”
Pros
The system is pretty fast and allows coding for nearly any business rule you can think of. This makes it an incredibly flexible and powerful shipping solution for us when using an on-premises server.
Cons
Well the development process takes quite a bit of time. However support for on-premises servers and coding is timely, though not all techs are familiar with the older code.

“Works fine”
Pros
I had a great time collaborating with the ProShip team and being part of the group during the software implementation process.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the cost is quite high for a small business. But still it's worth the investment.
