user-friendly for shoppers and our team

Pros

ReturnGo offers a pretty user-friendly interface for our shoppers and lets our team track every return from start to finish right down to when items arrive back at our warehouse. We can easily provide prepaid return labels directly through our site, almost always without needing an agent to step in. We also customized the returns portal to match our brand's look and feel.

Cons

Occasionally when we run into issues with it which does not happen often, it can take a little while to get everything fully resolved. Some of our needs are pretty specific but the team is always quick to respond and really committed to helping us out.

support team alone makes it worth it

Pros

The support team is always quick to respond, super helpful and gets things done efficiently. Problems are sorted out fast and they communicate clearly every step of the way. Also it is great knowing we are in good hands as their service alone makes ReturnGo worth recommending!

Cons

Honestly there is nothing we don't like about it as it is easy to use, dependable and the support is fantastic.

Love that everything is automated now

Pros

We love that we don't have to handle returns and exchanges manually anymore as everything is automated now.

Cons

Not much to complain about as almost everything is top-notch! I will say the back-end interface could be slightly more user-friendly.

A game-changer for our worn-out team

Pros

Our team was totally worn out from manually tracking exchanges, so we gave this app a try and it's been a game-changer! We love how automated everything is and how easy it is to keep tabs on all exchanges in one spot. The support team has also been amazing whenever we have questions. 10/10 recommend for anyone handling returns or exchanges regularly. We sell pet accessories and since customers often pick the wrong size, this has made our lives so much easier.

Cons

To be totally honest we have not had any real problems as it's been incredibly helpful for us.

smooth experience for our customers

Pros

Not only does it deliver a smooth experience for our customers but their team has been incredibly attentive in helping us customize a returns process that fits our store's unique needs.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. I could try to nit-pick but it really is one of the top solutions out there, whether you are a small business or a larger ecommerce store.

Pros

It saves us lots of manual work and seriously improves the customer experience around returns and exchanges.

Cons

The setup process is a bit involved and requires quite a bit of testing.

Cons

They recently fixed the ability to reopen a closed return which was great. The only thing I'd still like is the option to switch a return to an exchange or vice versa though that might be available in higher-tier plans.

Huge fans for over a year

Pros

We have been using ReturnGo for over a year and are huge fans. It is easy to use for customers and they are always rolling out new features. Their support team made setup a simple process and it integrates perfectly with Shopify.

Cons

Currently you cannot process returns directly from the admin panel but I hear they are adding that feature soon.

An absolute must for ecommerce

Pros

ReturnGo is an absolute must for any eCommerce site. It gives us everything we need to process returns quickly and accurately.

Cons

The pricing was not completely clear at first but after talking with the team everything made a lot more sense.
